Approved late checkout and then staff called to let me know I had things in the room. They didn’t write down the approval

The room was never cleaned and found out I had to REQUEST it to be cleaned as that was standard for that hotel. Since when do Hotels not clean rooms? Very annoyed about that.

Missing microwave and easy chair, so really no place to sit except on the bed.

The cleanliness, hospitality of staff , and they are great at accommodating to ur needs . The young man at the front desk was very informative and polite. You don’t see that a lot now days .

The staff was absolutely the most professional and friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with . I’m a traveling nurse so I’m in hotels a lot. This hotel was quite and the cleanest hotel . Give your staff a big pat on the back . I was more than satisfied

service sucked staff was terrible room did not get cleaned at all and I was there three days and what i paid for it was terrible will never stay there again.

Great staff, thank you to Tina! Loved the view of the golf course. Super clean! So very thankful for the self-service laundry on site. Perfectly located. Great bathroom lighting for make-up. Hot tub was open!!

Seemed to run out of breakfast items as our multi-day visit continued.

The staff was awesome. Helpful managers and counter staff. The cleaning staff was working hard keeping all common areas spotless. Had a view over the pond to the local golf course. Sweet set up.

New facility, need to work out some kinks but great location and nice rooms

The staff was amazing. Even referred us to a mom and pop pizza place that has the best pizza at an extremely affordable price. Loved the swimming pool and how quiet the hotel was.

The evening shift was extremely nice.

Website said all rooms had microwaves. Was informed ours did not. (Was given 2 different excuses) Hotel didn't allow us to use the ice machine. The other hotels and even the one next door had theirs working. The manager was rude and reason won't be back.

I love this place, beds comfortable, rooms big, clean

At 8 am Sunday morning the construction company from Texas kept slamming the doors to the stairs. It's usually quiet. I'm very tired

Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great as it is right off the main street and close to eating options. Back of hotel is on a golf course with water so duck and geese were on the water. Very quiet despite being on the main street because it sits back off the road.

There wasn't any issues at all so nothing negative to say.
