Price, Location, Quaintness & staff was great. I stayed in room 103 in November and liked that room much better than 109. 103 was away from the wooden stairs and the office chair fit the table well (unlike in 109--see below).

The price was so great and room was not a dive like I was worried about.

I asked for a double and was given a single wouldn¿t accommodate guest We asked for easy access with a boat and was given a room where you could back a trailer without blocking the area had to leave because my mother in law died in a accident no refund.
