- Location, breakfast, and general level of comfort
- Front desk when checking in & breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to OSU
- The friendly staff and the store.
Cons -
- I had a 2 night stay. The room was not cleaned after the first night. There were no clean towels in the morning. I asked for a clean towel and why the room wasn't cleaned. Manager said I should have known because of (non existent) sign in room112.
- The rooms & furniture need an upgrade
- Wish there was an ATM in the building
