Cons -
- We booked a room with 2 queen beds. We also called to tell them we would be arriving late. They said it was no problem. When we got there, all they had left were rooms with one bed. Our son had to sleep on the floor.
- We had a handicap room. I assume it was for wheelchairs, but still would have liked a chair in the room. There was no chair at all.
