- The "Business Center" was one small office filled with soda cans for storage, and internet did not accept my room number and name.
- It was dirty, the food was terrible, the sausage at breakfast was cold upon removing from the buffet, people trying to have sec in front of us and their kids, banging on the walls, a dementia type elderly left alone to harass us, no hot water
- There was a roach in my room and I took a picture and a video of it and showed the front desk and they just wrote it down. They did not apologize. They did not offer anything and I am livid. That’s disgusting.

Check in process was easy
