I think it was the neighborhood crack Motel it was horrible

The mattress and nasty the tubs were nasty the room stunk the hallways stunk that was trash on the property it was horrible

Nothing will not recommend.

Wasn't very clean. Breakfast was poor stayed at other quality inns with a lot more options for breakfast.

The price and location and it offered smoking rooms

The Bed was waay to hard, the pillows too soft, the Water faucet was difficult, the Toilet was made to save water but not Flush and last, no NBC on the TV

It’s not as clean, the tv is extremely small , and it kinda stinks.

She put my shuttle down for the wrong time I had to spend $26 for an uber. Smh

This hotel is great for handicapped guest, there are handrails and shower chairs in the bath as well and they have a motorized wheelchair for guests use. This is the first hotel we have stayed in that had everything I may need

The hotel location was close to the exit and freeway

Bathroom was untidy and the parking was occupied even though the hotel didn't seem to be packed

The hotel was dirty and old and smelled like bad

Lots of things. Broken toliet, broken tv, roaches. Also incompetent employee's. I literally called to check to see if my daughter had arrived. The lady told me no one was with a room by her name, she didn't even look. She was there.

The location of the hotel. The smell of lobby. Bathroom wall was not clean and i saw ants and other tiny insects

If I hadn't prepaid for 3 nights,I would have left after 1 night....hallways smelled...bathroom Faucet barely worked.... Suspect clientele staying here.....I'll NEVER stay here again and would strongly advise against it

There was no one at the desk when we checked in. Had to wait about 10 minutes before he showed up.

Room was ok. Staff was useless. General hotel cleanliness was poor. Breakfast was clearly three day old food and the mess was beyond disgusting.

At breakfast the staff sat idle while what was clearly three day old food ran out and disgusting mess on the counters and floor piled up. The breakfast garbage can was overflowing while the hotel staff close by just scrolled on his phone.

One customer agent was hospitable

¿hot breakfast¿ eggs need work or make omelets. Front desk area was absolutely, horribly hot all the time. I overheard someone saying that they saw the desk agent turn it up to 80.

Nothing. They had roaches.

The rooms had bugs. We switched our room twice and still had bugs.

The room smelled bad but nice major, the heater did not work we called a couple times and they said they were going to come check it never did. I finally demanded new room. Smell was worse. But I managed until the next day.

Staff was wonderful never actually had better staff at any hotel that I've been traveling for work

hotel had no control over there doing some construction in my room was the last one in the back I got woke up by my room shaking thought there was a earthquake but they are done with that part of the construction it's All good now

It was rough with no coffee/juice for breakfast, and no ice machine working due to road construction. Why would road work cause the water to be shut off....There was water in the rooms.

Staff at desk very friendly and accommodating, housekeeping staff friendly but clean poorly. Hair all over shower walls floors dirty, room smells bad and was dusty

The cleanliness of the rooms is very poor but staff were very friendly
