Breakfast time rooms area.

The room smelled damp. When I went in the bathroom plaster was peeling off the ceiling from what looked like a water leak. Extremely dissatisfied, so much so I left and booked another room at a different hotel for twice the price. Avoid this hotel!

The bathroom was small. The breakfast room was small. Working class people are “living” in the hotel.

Location to the highway.

Our room was exceptionally dirty and outdated.

We were not allowed to check in because the desk clerk said we needed to pay an additional $100 to cover cleaning expenses. We had already paid for our hotel. When we asked to speak to a manager we were told there was none. The lobby was filthy

Tv not in regular settings to watch regular channels. I had to adjust the settings on the back of Tv in order to watch every time I turned it on .

I complained about the noise and nothing was done - had to pay a additional deposit for the room, when the room was already prepaid

Room was good and the bed was very comfortable.

I didn?t like that the tv was outdated.

This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at and I have been traveling since I could walk. There was an empty cocaine wrapper in the bed, broken AC, and the mattress was COVERED in stains that looked like they could?ve been remains of bed bugs.

The staff was friendly.

A family in multiple rooms near my room, opening and slamming doors, yelling and arguing in halls and parking lot outside window until late hours was exhausting! Reported to staff. This happened both nights of my stay. Loud and unpleasant!

On going construction, exit doors left open, strange odor in room and smoke smell in hallway. 5 night stay, room never refreshed.

Room was not clean there was hair in tub the mirror was not clean the table had sticky spots and microwave had fingerprints also lamp with electric plugs was not working had to be replacedoverall not very clean

It was disgusting, filthy, it smelled like old socks and perfume. Literally everything was dirty.

No hot water in the sink, room service was requested for cleaning and wasn't done. Wednesday morning at 5:30am we were waking by loud talking by the workers doing work at the hotel.

It was actually in Toledo and within a 20 minute drive of where we needed to be the next day. They did accommodate me and give me a 1st floor room since my son is in a wheelchair.

Hard old worn out mattresses, miserable pillows, dirty stained up comforters and linens. crusty food under the fitted sheet! Cigarette burns on blankets and toilet seat, horrible smell at night that gave us a headache. Sink clogged horrible water pressure

The hotel had bedbugs and the hotel staff did not offer any type of reconciliation.

The hotel had bedbugs, I was covered in bites the next morning and it he'd the whole night before.
