What we have always come to expect from Hampton Inns - clean, up-to-date, and quality service.

Location and not much else

The room ceiling has water stains and peeling paint. The bathroom was not clean and the shower faucet didn't stay in place. The bathroom faucet cold water was barely working as well. The rooms and lobby were dirty.

Pool was closed, room didn't have usb phone charger ports.

The location, Those two ladies were very customer friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and as pleasurable as possible.

Yes she worked the evening shift on Saturday 09-14-2024. She was very rude to myself and the Women?s Retreat group I was with as well. I did request to have my room cleaned and fresh towels but it wasn?t done.

The front desk staff was excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Our drapes were very dated. The pool wasn't working. The thermostat in our room had some limit on there to make it where would heat could not go above 75 and when it's below 0 outside, thats not good.

The bathroom sink is too high and too far back on the counter is the only thing that bothered us. If youre 66 tall, its probably perfect for you.

I filtered my search based on indoor pool access because we drove cross country with little kids who needed to expel energy prior to 6 hours in a car. I paid $30 more for a hotel with a pool. Upon arrival we learned the pool was closed. Unacceptable.

Location, large room, breakfast, staff was excellent & friendly.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. Long hair stuck to shower wall.

No hot water in the shower. The shower head dropped all night.

Room was not clean. Ceiling in bathroom has mold and the ceiling is cracking/falling in. Wall in main room is cracked with chunks missing out of it. Floor behind beds were very dirty with debris behind them.

I expected more for a Hampton the rooms were okie, the hotel seemed older and the pool was freezing :( The parking lot was limited and full of semi tractor trailers so it was very limited or had to park next door hotel.

I expected more from a Hampton rooms, were average. Parking was terrible, many work trucks taking up 2-4 spaces, basket weaving conferance took up 10-15 spaces, then the motel attempted to charge me for parking. Better to stay at a Quality Inn!

Personnel extremely friendly and ready to answer any questions politely.

My 10 year old grandson was looking forward to swimming in a heated pool, but when he tried, he said it was too cold for his liking. A hot tub would have been nice.

The location was about the only thing positive.

The bathroom was very dirty and overall the hotel not very clean. When we checked in the clerk said there was a note on our reservation but did not say what it was. We were given a room right next to the elevator which was very noisy at all hours.

The lady running the breakfast area was amazing. I took time to compliment her and strike up a conversation. She's retired from factory, I believe Chrysler. She was running crazy keeping tables clean and keeping the food stocked. You are blessed with her

Nice big room, very welcoming staff.

Refrigerator was not working.

Housekeeping did not clean my room, wasn¿t enough towels for two people. I didn¿t get the room I paid for and when I asked about it they said they ran out and refused to give me any credits back.

The employees were awesome! It was a front desk girls first day alone and she took her time and resolved a problem I had.

Clean, well-maintained. Friendly staff.
