It was filthy. A lot of marijuana smoke outside and everywhere the guy down the hall had a pitbull that almost attacked me while I was bringing up my luggage

That the staff tried their best to fix the problems we came across in the rooms we had

It seems that there must be new owners since the last time we were last year. It's in a lot worse shape and there are no luggage carts or an ice machine on the second floor just an empty room. Sorry but we will find another place to stay next year.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Wifi was not available from my room, the smell, and I had to wait over a hour to get my room after 6pm.

Employee during day was nice

Pool closed permanently. Room had mold smell, razor head on sticking floor, bedding not clean. Drugs, people running in and out all night. People trying our door know, 4 times. No sleep, because of the craziness going on.

Quiet

It is worn down. Staff folding linens in the eating area. It was more like living in someone's house.

Peaceful

They advertised a pool and WiFi and this was not the case

The staff was friendly even after someone stoled the syrup container

I reserved a King suite for a handicap person it was supposed to have a sofa w/bed as the picture showed. But the room is got was a king w/handicap. But no sofa sleeper. I had to rent another room for my sister & grandkids. It was an unexpected cost.

The pillows consist of pieces of foam Chopped up and put in a pillowcase and then tied in a knot?

Leaving it

Room smelled like mold. There were mildew stains on the lampshades. The couch was damp. If you sat on it your clothes would be damp. The sink fixture leaked over the counter. The filth behind the furniture was disgusting. The bed clothes were damp.

The breakfast although it was cold ( the eggs especially) big food violation) I honestly prefer to get my money back. Thats how bad of day it was.

TV was that unplugged, bathroom shelve was ripped off the wall in the closet, carpet was dirty, check out time should be different depending on what time you check in, outside window lock broken, the towels are a Denji yellow color, shower head moldy

it was a place to stay that weekend

it over two hours and FOUR ROOMS before i could into my room. poorly run

the location was nice.

there were actual chicken bones, behind my nightstand. One of the lamps did not work, there were stains on the bedspread, and for breakfast there was rotten food on the bar. Also, they only had decaf coffee, and it was in general disarray.

Easy location, easy check in

Back entrance always unlocked, very noisy neighbors, bad pillows, rolled to the middle of the bed

Breakfast choices were better than others. BED was very comfortable. Room was quiet.

Bathroom floor became slippery. No auxiliary heat in bathroom

They have a great breakfast

Lady was very rude when I called to inform we would be late arrival & I had my service dog. Our "Privacy Please" (Do not disturb) sign was disregarded and they went in our room when we was gone.

The staff was very nice and helpful

Some random dust on the towels vents didn¿t seem clean

Location and staff attentiveness.

Aging common areas. Hallways are heavily soiled.
