The bed was super comfortable. The employees very friendly.

Water pressure in shower was weak. Shower head needing repair, water was squirting from the base and not the head. Also, the water seemed to leave a residue , that felt like you weren't getting all the soap off. assumed it was due to a water softener.

It was clean. Staff was nice

They had in a handicapped room and I’m not handicapped and I still had to pay 250 deposit that I didn’t know about and it was embarrassing

We liked where the location of the hotel was to proximity to dining, stores and gas stations

Rooms smelled and building smells like pot all the time.

Next the casino. Nice to have outside access balcony. The guy who checked us in was very nice.

There was no breakfast as advertised. There was no laundry room like advertised. The guest service guy told us if we don't like it we can leave. It took us 7 hours to get extra pillows and a working remote. I had to clean the room and it was dusty!

The Staff is Amazingly friendly. The breakfast is delicious. And the rooms are clean.

The hotel was near by all the shopping areas.

Pool water cold they say it was 82 degree but no way it could have been. Maybe raise the temp more in the winter due to the pool sit on outer side of hotels with window. With it being as cold as it was outside I think it effects the water temp.

The location was great. Very clean room and bathroom. The staff was very friendly and professional.

They just need to update the exhaust fan in the bathroom, it was too loud.

The soft water system was too soft, the elevated made lots of creaking noises, the rooms are old and need to be updated they smell musky.

All staff members I encountered were very friendly. Enjoyed the hot breakfast. Loved being able to visit with my family in the pool area that looked and smelled very well maintained.

Not aware rooms do not get cleaned daily unless requested. Even so, room not vacuumed, bathroom not swept, moped and under rim of toilet severely neglected.

the pool was nice, and the staff was very nice, the location odd but neheat never car a lot of staff, so that was nice.

my only complaint was the ac unit, it was very loud and made it hard to sleep. At times it even downed out the tv. It couldn't heat the room to temp so it came on a lot.

The hotel was clean and modern. The room was comfortable and a good value for the price. Seeing my name on the television monitor was the best. That made me feel welcome and at home. I almost forgot, Hotel emoloyee was great!

Staff were excellent! Hotel was completely booked, but still did not feel crowded and we were even able to get the pool to ourselves! Location is right inside the mall area, so everything was close by!

The location was small, and so most of the facilities did not offer much space to accommodate people.

Breakfast was decent. TV size was excellent. Location is amazing.

Hotel was clean but could be better especially for price. Lots of small cleaning details that are ignored. I travel a lot and this hotel should be $--- less per night.

Very strong air fresheners in lobby and hall seeped in to room. Not good for asthma.

I paid for a room with a bed and a sitting room.. I got a room with 2 beds. I didn't need 2 beds. I had company suppose to come so I needed a sitting room.. hotels staff on trash
