Separate pet rooms from regular rooms.

Location was perfect to my son?s graduation, the shopping center that the hotel is located in has many options to eat and several stores to shop if you have extra time.

The beds were phenomenal! The pillows felt like clouds. Which was very welcoming after a long day of traveling. The pool and pool area was very clean and a fun time with the family. Breakfast was delicious with a wide array of food items.

My family and I did a 2 night stay. The first night there was a dog in the room next to us that would not stop barking. All the noise eventually woke up our 6 month old. Second night was a repeat of the first. Next trip, pet friendly hotels are a no go.

Location, breakfast, pet friendly ( ridiculous on fee tho- should be worked like a incidental maybe, less pet mess -less pet fee!!)?!! Just throwing that idea out...relocating so kitty has to travel with me, besides, he likes to help rate hotels,etc.

The elevator right behind bed wall !! good lord! Oh and plugging surge protector, it sparking, putting it out on my palm. Smelling burnt skin all night,then getting yelled like it was my fault by miss personality there on day shift-geez need mor outlets

Staff is friendly and hotel is super clean. Great location, close to everything.

VERY CLEAN!!! Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Loved seeing the bacon on menu.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. I really liked the option of requesting room service. I was very happy with emptying my own trash and getting fresh towels.

The water was very soft,which made washing with soap pretty slimy feeling. I was concerned about the possibility of slipping in the shower,so I put a hand towel down on the tub floor for safety. I also relayed my concern to the front desk staff.

The location

The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Towels were rough. Bed was uncomfortable. Wireless connection was very poor. Buffet started after I had to be to work.

It was wonderful having a clean, safe and warm place to stay after my work trainings. The staff was beyond nice and accommodating. The daily texts asking how my stay was unexpected and appreciated. Will stay again if I'm back in the area.

The main reason we went to stay at a hotel was to swim in the pool was cloudy and freezing and then the next morning it was closed but the staff said that it wasn¿t broken it was set at the right temperature If that was the case why did close next day

Nice sized room and room location.

Breakfast could have been better. Mattress was a bit worn. Pool water could have been better maintained although it was a holiday weekend and heavily used.

we did not swim but heard that there was a time limit, and i understand it's d/t covid, but hope that changes as the time limit can be a damper for children

Nice location, nice room

I didnt like all the fees they toke out of my account and it has been 3 days and i still didn't get it back , plus the mistakes about charging my account and my wife account when they only suppose to charge 1 account.

Maskless guest gathered in large groups in lobby area. Staff needs to reinforce control and safety.

Always like Hampton Inns. Reliably clean, friendly, and comfortable. This one was no exception.

The first room we were given had a strong smell of vomit. We were immediately moved to another room.

Room was large and modern.

Majorly understaffed.

Free breakfast and the room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable as well!

Fan in the bathroom kept running and no way to turn it off. A little noisy at night.
