Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati-Milford

The room was immaculate. Large suit and I was impressed.

Other guest running up and down the halls. Frequent banging heard late into the night was quite annoying.

Clean, Friendly staff!! This is my second time staying here with no issues!!

The bed was amazingly comfortable. The kitchen area had everything needed and was very clean. Hotel was quiet and comfortable.

They double charged me for the room and are being difficult to reach

No hair conditioner provided, poor quality of bathroom linens, exorbitant fee for pet stay considering the hotel location (not downtown and other homewood suites pet fee is less), breakfast was not up to the standard I expected from this hotel chain.

We loved the suite we were in. The breakfast staff were very friendly. It was nice to have a variety of items available for breakfast.

The Location as related to the airport and restaurants. The size of the room was great.

The heating light in the bathroom was malfunction, it kept blinking

The kitchenette was a pleasant surprise. I was not there long enough to need it, but it is good to know for future stays. I loved the spaciousness of the suite. It was a very good experience for me.

To be truly wheelchair/and ap accessible, the bath tub should be replaces by a roll-in shower. However, there were sufficient for safe entry and e it to the tub. I would have appreciated it if an elevator would have been closer but since it wasn't,

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Ants in both bathroom and along the a/c wall. We didn't notice until after swimming and had to change rooms. Second room not as nice as first. Very disappointed but not much we could do. We have a disabled child.

Beautiful hotel,very clean,friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing! Large selection of foods and very delicious!!!

I found it strange that there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Breakfast staff stopped refilling breakfast 30 min before scheduled stopping time. Guests shouldbe able to eat breakfast anytime it is advertised to be open.

Conveniently located off the highway with a lot of the shops/restos I enjoy around the corner. Staff was very friendly from the from desk worker to the breakfast staff. Didn't expect the full kitchen with all the dinnerware and full fridge!!

The ONLY complaint that I had was the kitchen floor was a bit sticky and maybe could have used another rinse. Otherwise it was perfect and I will definitely return whenever staying in Cincinnati!

Staff was excellent. Great breakfast. Loved the one bedroom suite. Liked being able to buy single cans of hard seltzer.

Needed more hand sanitizer, especially in pool area. Pool cushions looked rather dirty.

Great Hotel, very clean and peaceful, Kitchen in the suite was clean. Room smelled great.

They try to down grade our room and charge the same price. We didn't stay at this hotel. Nothing was listed the pool was closed either

The staff was extremely nice and accommodating, the rooms were huge and very clean and private.

I wish the pool had been open but it was closed due to Covid 19.

The location was convenient but wasn't what I expected for price or for a Hilton. Our room was dirty upon arrival and often could not tell the staff from guests.

Sink had previous occupant's beard hair. A used rag was on shower rod. Sheets didn't smell fresh. Because of COVID, we were told there was no housekeeping so towels & trash piled up. Couldn't find staff, they sat in lobby with other guests.

Clean, comfortable room. Guy at the front desk was super nice.
