Tru by Hilton Milford Cincinnati

That it was a Hilton brand hotel, that the ice machine was available on main floor and 2 different size buckets were available and that I was able to connect to my Disney and YouTube thru the tv for our extended stay

The breakfast options were kind of slim, the pool area was dirty and too cold to swim in, the cleanliness was not were it should have been- a bloody diabetic test strip in our mini fridge, the lobby was not wiped down like on tables and coffee area

Front desk help was great

Our first room had a really bad dog smell. Our second room was a little better but still smelled

The breakfast was terrible.

Very modern and clean. Staff was friendly, breakfast was very good.

The soap, shampoo, conditioner and body was upside down in a plastic bottle on the wall . The bottle said to “squeeze gently”, but it was really hard to get any product out. A few of them felt close to empty.

I arrived early and requested an early check-in. The check in person indicated that to check in before 1:30 would require a payment of a 1/2 nightly rate. So I had to sit around the hotel for 90 minutes just to check-in.

Friendly staff and location

AC unit did not work not even the fan would work and window do not open . Room was stuffy and hot. Black our shade not present just an empty roller.

The breakfast lady was so friendly!

No coffee makers in room, the evening/night staff lacked personality and was not friendly.

It was bright and colorful and welcoming, generally clean

The comforter smelled like men?s cologne, so it wasn?t cleaned between guests. Breakfast was unimpressive?not even a banana or anything fresh. Given the choice of other hotels close by, I wouldn?t pick this one again.

The lobby and customer service was nice!

When I wanted to stay an extra night there was no room available and it was for $45 a night more

Wonderful staff

No closet, no in room coffee, no drawers.

Clean and well kept. Breakfast was great and my kids enjoyed the foosball table in the lobby. Great place to stay for a great price

Customer service was good

No microwave or coffee maker in the room, no drawers to put clothes, the pool was very dirty,the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the breakfast was nasty

Not enough room for negatives. The hotel tells you it will clean the room every other day. It wont. Youll have to ask them to clean your room, take out the trash, and remove dirty towels. They also hold $50 per day and release after your stay.

Most concerning to me was after the stay, when I got an e-mail from Trus parent company Hilton telling me about my upcoming stay. They sent me a receipt which had my name and address on it. Thankfully, I have not seen any charges come through.

Hard to get to off interstate

Amazing bathroom, modern vibe, modern room, toiletries in bathroom . Staff gave me a new room that was cleaned

Staff not answering phone, bug found inside covers, room dirty (not swept/mopped, the hotel did not look or smell clean (lobby, floors everywhere, rooms). Staff standing around lobby talking with each other.

The best thing about the hotel was the swimming pool for my grandson and then it had the breakfast in the morning

The noise level from the highway was a little high but it was okay
