Our keys had a hard time opening doors into the building and the room.

Upon entering the room you can smell that they sanitized the room with Lysol. Very clean!

Breakfast was not ready at 6:30 and it was sub standard. We wish we had skipped and went to a diner instead.

It was quiet. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

Location for us at the time was great. Room was adequately clean. Wash cloth was so old. Looked like one I'd clean my bathroom with. The towels and wash clothes could use some replacements. The upside the breakfast was amazing.

I was allowed to check in but then told i couldn't stay there due to a verbal altercation with my boyfriend in the parking lot. COMPLETE WASTE of my money and we were homeless for a night in 35 degree weather

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The pool and hot tub was out of service, we were not notified of this prior to arrival and they would not offer discount. The elevator was out of order.

Very out dated! Commode would not flush! For a mobility access room very close, had trouble getting my walker between bed and TV stand. Bed was fair. Have stayed in a lot of Best Westerns probably the worst. Was disappointed.

It was close to highway, and town, with plenty of a selection of places to eat surrounding it. Short drive to attractions. Sort of like a country setting. Nice people work there. Seemed like good security.

Can't really say there was anything wrong with the place, that I could see.

Pool was closed for some unknown reason. NO HOT BREAKFAST..AT the price point services were minimal.

When checking in the hotel reeked of pot and the staff asked the guest in front of me if they were involved in the big fight earlier that day. The shower pressure was nonexistent. I had to wash my hair in the sink to get the shampoo out.

The staff was fantastic. I'd made a mistake in my booking, which I didn't realize until arriving late and tired. The front desk clerk and manager hopped right into helping me out. Really great experience!

It was extremely close to Walmart which was very helpful. The water pressure for the shower was very nice. Bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very thin.

Have a washer and dryer but the dryer was broken. The alarm clock in my room kept clicking randomly. The room wasn't very clean, I found discarded bottle caps under the bed skirts. Pool was closed. They didn't have my reservation on file when I arrived.

Room smelled nice and clean when we entered. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, when she fixed our tv remote while we were out she left our room unlocked. Oops!

Since they are not serving breakfast due to covid-19, I think they could do a much better job of their "grab-and-go" breakfast. Basically you need to plan on eating somewhere else.

I was charged twice, however it was adjusted. There was no breakfast due to the COVID 19.

I reserved and paid for a king sized no smoking room. I actually paid extra for the king size bed and when we checked in we were told that we would get two double beds and no refund was offered.

The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, making everyone feel at home.

They have a great hot tub but it was out of order this trip and on a few previous stays. They need to get it fixed right.
