New renovated everything

Construction stuff all over parking lot- I realize that will stop soon when it is done. Still annoying

The staff were friendly and for the most part accommodating. The breakfast was as good as the review of others.

We had to care for two nights of overflowing of the toilet. (1:30am ish) We were given a plunger and told the maintenance person was not available. The last day of our stay we were given a different room.

Room shared wall with equipment room, loud machinery ran off and on all night.

The breakfast was good with plenty of variety. And, the staff was very friendly.

The pool spa was not open.

Being told I couldn¿t change rooms even when my toilet didn¿t work properly.

Excellent location and breakfast.

Although advertised, no jacuzzi rooms in hotel and the swimming pool room jacuzzi is in the process of being removed. The phone in our room was dead, not fixed or replaced during our Friday-Sunday stay.

Because we got a note under are door that was Appropriate because we was there for our anniversary and we did not feel safe that night because of what the person put under the door in the next room and we reported it to the front desk and ask forroom

I would like the manager to call me  and I will explain what happened

The guest around me were very loud, even after brought to the attention of staff.

has all the amenities that you need. great breakfast as always. very nice personnel even when asking for extra pillow.

it would have been nice to have a small lobby area to meet up with people.

Breakfast! Most complimentary breakfast is poor quality but Mansfield/Ontario was excellent!

We booked for the hot tub. It smelled awful and was looking a bit green. When we told the front desk their explanation was disgusting! It hadn't been treated for 6 days it should be done daily! Their neglect could have gotten someone very sick!

Location and the room was really nice with a very comfortable bed!

Up to date and clean

Even with both doors of the shower closed, a lot of water seemed to leak onto the bathroom floor.

Convenient location. Great breakfast.

Breakfast under COVID was terrible.
