Great breakfast. Extremely friendly staff. Clean.

Needs noise reduction walls.

The rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Breakfast is so good and everything in breakfast area is super clean. Staff I would give them 1000 star rating if I could! Such a great hotel!

Only thing would be the size of the pool. But not a deal breaker because that area was also super clean and they have the BEST pool towels!

The staff was the most friendly I have encountered in all my travels. the sales manager was very accommodating. The GM ( didn't catch her name ) obviously cares about the guests. She keeps a clean hotel and outgoing friendly staff.

Table by bed was dirty and there was hair in the bed.

It seemed as though the staff needs better trained.? There was an issue with multiple guest reservations, during check in.

They charged our credit card for the room even though we had prepaid. It took about 45 minutes to get them to credit our account after the mischarge.

I was not impressed with the breakfast. A few suggestions. Granola for the yogurt. I did not like the flavor of the sausage gravy. My English muffin never got toasted after two times in the toaster. It was no where near horrible but we opted to skip the second morning and go elsewhere. Continental breakfast is one of the musts for when we travel and usually they are very good but on this trip, i was just not impressed.

We booked 2 rooms, we took our kids out of schoolFor a fall break. We booked here bc they wanted to swim. It’s a new hotel, pool shouldWork. We got there after 6pm. We were told one room wasn’t even ready. Really? They weren’t even busy. Then the front seat lady said, oh, the pool isn’t opened. That’s why we picked this hotel. We wanted a pool. We had lots of kids on holiday. When we told the front desk lady we were going to go to a hotel w a pool, she said, “I have more bad news, you have to pay for one room”. Are you kidding me? We came for the pool! No pool, one room wasn’t even ready. My credit card was charged for 2 nights. I called the manager of the hotel. I said since we didn’t use your rooms that night, can we come and stay another time? It was just so discouraging to not have a pool with all our kids. I asked the manager to have her manager call me, crickets. This is how you run a huge hotel chain? I want my money back or let us come back when you have your pool open.
