Motel 6 Mansfield, OH

It was located right off R 30 and 5 minutes from the B&O bike trailhead at the lake and the price was right. Restaurants you can walk to.

You could hear the road noise but it was not bad we live near a R&R .

Location

The floors were filthy the toilet was filthy the toilet seat shifted every time you sat want it they only came into the room once out of 5 days. Had to ask for clean towels. Would never recommend this place!!!

The lady that checked us in did her best

Bathroom was disgusting. They didn¿t get my payment so I ended up having to pay again out of pocket and still have not received my refund

Decent place to stay but not easy to get into or out of at high traffic times.

No coffee maker in room. Sheets and comforter sets holey and old.

No phone rooms were nasty no coffee in room or in office ask them to clean the room came back10 hrs later an no one still cleaned ask for another room it was better but still nasty had to sleep on top blankets never stay there again

The location.

Extremely filthy,stains on bedding, exposed electrical wires, clogged drain in shower plus dirt standing tub. And when informed of drains they didn't do anything to fix. Also my said that check out time was 12pm and was made to leave at 11am.

The comforters had burn holes in them. The ice bucket had ashes all over the bottom of it

bathroom was dirty on arrival. a few sketchy characters checking us out when we got there. did not feel safe in the area.

The staff was absolutely amazing and very friendly. They addressed any issues promptly.

The heater was working only half the time. The sink was plugged up and draft by the door. Could see a huge gap around the door

Location was convenient

Room was not very clean, not updates, broken tiles and cracks in bathroom and bathtub, smelled of smoke in a nonsmoking room, staff not friendly

The guy in the morning at the desk was very rude. The toilet moved when you sat down on it. The tub had a patch job done and it felt like the tub would go threw the floor anytime you moved.

The staff was nice and the room was clean. The location was near the express way. Plenty of parking to keep my car close to my room.

The room lacked a lot of maintenance. The area seemed relatively safe except for one group of people staying at the motel that looked to be doing drugs in front of their room.

The issue was kinda taken care of.

Room was dirty, when I called to tell them they front desk told me my options were to "Walk 4 blocks" at night alone. The manager clarified that it was 4 buildings and not 4 blocks. But there was no apology or the like.

Pleasant front desk clerk. Smiled and grief with a positive attitude. Very helpful.

Room could have been cleaner

Close to home, reasonable price. Gentleman at front desk very helpful and attended to my request in a reasonable amount of time

Heater did not work in first room and the gentleman quickly moved me to another room. Which then the TV didn't work due to the outlet and light fixtures on the wall didn't work. Had to move the TV to a outlet that worked.

The front desk clerk was nice enough. Hotel in good vicinity, close to restaurants and shopping

The room was beyond filthy. Hair and, what I guess was dirt on fitted sheet. We didn't/couldn't use pillows or any sheets or blanket, spread. Floors were very dirty. We wore our shoes, couldn't walk on the floors without them. Shower had hair everywhere

Location right off highway

We had a problem with the toilet which we reported. When we turned up the AC the smoke alarm was activated No breakfast offered

Exceptionally nice staff, updated rooms, clean, great room for the price.

Comforters were stained with cigarettes holes.

The hotel is located very near the fairgrounds where our show is held. They have removed all the sad carpet and replaced it with laminate to keep cleaner.

We stayed 3 nights. We left the hotel at about 8am and returned about 7 pm. Not one time was our room cleaned. No fresh towels, cleaned or added toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk to get things every night. No shampoo was offered either.
