The accesible room was super comfortable and spacious, had plenty of room to maneuver wheelchair

The front desk staff seem to not be knowledgeable about the check in process. I had to correct her to keep her from charging me again for a room I already paid for and I was still charged an extra fee afterward that has not been charged before.

I paid for a handicap accessible room. Upon arrival at the hotel I was told there were none available without an extra charge.

The breakfast was not my favorite. No eggs just bread with cheese on. The last time I stayed there they had eggs.

Good location,clean and friendly staff. We had a suite and it worked perfect for my husband,myself and our five grandchildren. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff . Would definitely recommend.

The hotel location was convenient, right off the interstate. It is pet friendly, although there is a $75 pet fee. They provide breakfast and coffee in the morning, but get there early because they don¿t replenish the fresh fruit. Rooms were clean.

Limited parking- especially if you¿re pulling trailer. The desk clerk was outside smoking when we were unloading, noticed dog and started yelling at us about the $75 fee after we had checked in. She was sitting in lounge eating with group when we arrived

The Staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was amazing! The set up was so organized. The dining area and food area was kept very clean. The attendant was definitely on top of it!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast was great.

Hotel was great. One of our groups had some rowdy neighbors, but they quieted down around midnight.

Room cleanliness when we checked in

They did not service our room after the first night. We got back to our room in the evening and the bed was. Not made, there were no clean towels, our coffee supplies were not replenished. They brought us towels and we made kur own bed. Unsatisfactory!

Good location near interstate.

Auto turn-on lights in room would come on when going to bathroom at night. Pool was closed. Beds not as comfortable as at other locations. Not a bad hotel but I didn't feel like I got the value for the money.

Was a bit outdated, as far as the look and I like my tub to be pure white.

It is close to Snow Trails, our destination.

They filled in the hot tub with concrete. This was the main attraction for staying in the hotel. The kids were very disappointed.

Very clean and comfortable. I especially liked the long counter in the bathroom. The staff was always cordial and helpful.

The only drawback, but certainly not a game changer, was the barn door for the bathroom. It didn't offer 100% privacy.

Beautifully appointed room and hotel over all. Very Clean and comfortable.

The only thing that could be improved upon is the room refrigerator didn't have a small freezer section so that I could refreeze my gel packs that keep my insulin cold during travel.
