The room was dirty! There were dirty hand prints on the walls. The front door hardly closed, and the room had an odor.

This was a clean, barebones motel, that felt tired and desperately needing some TLC. Nobody was trying to please. The comfortable bed and location near the Ohio University and downtown Athens are its only features.

Entry door doesn't block out hallway light. There was no hot water for a shower at anytime of day. The shower curtain was too short for the unit and was hard to contain the water. No hair dryer. The metal box the beds sits on is noisy when sleeping.

The style of the rooms. I loved the little places that the suit cases could be laid and clothing could be hung! Great use of the room. Grant and the staff were great!
