- Comfort of the room. Comfortable beds.
- The staff, especially the person making breakfast was very nice and polite.
- The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- No hot water and the tub wouldn't drain! Gross The only tea offered was green.
- Cleanliness. A lot of short hairs found in Bathtub, floors dirty in corners and on tile edges, dirt on bottom edge of shower curtain where it touched floor then was hung up decoratively but dirt was hidden. Carpet was very worn and appeared dirty
- Entry door doesn't block out hallway light. There was no hot water for a shower at anytime of day. The shower curtain was too short for the unit and was hard to contain the water. No hair dryer. The metal box the beds sits on is noisy when sleeping.
