Very clean.
No bed bugs. Reasonably comfortable bed. It was a place to sleep.
Like location. Not far from legend valley.

Cons -

Lol at 10:58 am they were banging on my door to check out, I was literally going to the bathroom and leaving because I knew the check out time. Super rude dude
Best words to describe it would be "crumbling dive". Ladders and construction materials stacked right outside our door. No room decorations. Drifts of crumbling masonry in corners.
Hotel tried to charge us an extra 75$ in middle of week when we already paid in full. We caught them and had it stopped. They denied it . Male owner started to yell at me (female) to get out when we were 10 min behind 11am. Room smelled like sulfur.
