There was no bath mats in tub and my husband slipped and fell and has two spine fractures

This is our second stay and you can’t beat it for the price. We love the staff, breakfast and price. Will definitely stay again soon!

At breakfast, when I requested that the milk was sour, the gals exchanged it immediately. The next day everything was perfect.

Our comforter was dirty the bathtub did not drain and the swimming pool does not have a heater that water was so cold

Good size room with a new bathroom. Small coffee setup and microwave were really handy.The fantastic location made commuting in the area really easy. Great room darkening shades.

Our first room was on the 3rd floor and when it rained, water came into the room and we could tell from the stains and the watermark, it wasn't the first time. We changed rooms, so not a big deal, but it was nasty. The towels were new, but thin.

Room was clean, quiet, and your usual Holiday Inn Express.

Nothing. It did not meet our expectations.

We stayed there because of the indoor pool and it was not open. Hadn¿t been open for weeks. They should have put that on their website. This was a getaway for my daughter and I and she was very upset.

Location to where I needed

I stayed here for the indoor pool. The water was way to cold to be in it. I will not use this again

Location to the casino was excellent. Free breakfast.

Wasn't clean. Floor was dirty. Bathroom sink wasn't clean. Furniture covered in dust. Carpet needed cleaning.

Close proximity to family & highway. The rooms were very clean & staff very nice. Overall a good experience!

I thought maybe dining area should be a little larger.. People had to wait to get tables for breakfast. The staff did a great job of keeping everything filled up though & they were very nice & helpful!

I didn't have a fridge in my room but it was listed

The Hotel was clean, the beds were very comfortable.

My son and family had to be at fairgrounds by 6 for a long day of working with cows and left at 5:45. Breakfast was all set up but were told they could not get anything because it had to be 6 AM. I could understand if it was not ready but it was ready.
