Staff was very friendly

Bathroom outdated. TV remote did not work well and choices were difficult to navigate.

Yes everything! Write down to the blood stains on the walls the live insects and the dead insects laying around the room the wasp in my coffee maker that did not work and the torn up stained filthy dirty carpet stains

It was a clean smoking king size room. It was nice

Grounds were dirty as wind was high and trash was blowing around. renovations were underway. the breakfast seemed underwhelming. but a quality place to stay.

That we left

Everything the staff was extremely rude and very disrespectful. Not able to speak English well nor understand it I was thrown out of the hotel because they said that they didn’t expect pet even though my animal is a certified support animal

The staff was rude Tina was nice but that's about it and there was cockroaches holes patched in the bathtub the shower handle hanging off the heater air conditioning unit had space where cold air was coming through....

I didn’t like anything. The staff was not friendly. The rooms look horrible n smell like mold. It’s dust and spider webs everywhere including small insects everywhere.

Besides the location everything else was a bad experience. The room was not clean at all and smelled like smoke even though I booked a non smoking room. I had booked this hotel because it had a pool and the pool wasn’t open which was a let down.

It was in a location near a lot of stores and restaurants.

The hotel bathroom was very hot and did not have a fan.

The room was nasty the toilet kept clogging the refrigerator was not even plugged in so it was warm

They are always polite. The rooms are always clean and if you have any problem, I got to do is let them know and they will help you out.

It is quiet, restaurants and shopping close by. Great location.

The wi Fi would disconnect out of nowhere and other people besides me had to use our cell phone hotspots. They also set griddle iron conditioner containing silicone out as if it were butter spray. That should only be used after cleaning The griddle.

i'd prefer not to elaborate. i could understand when a staff explained to me "this is even better; it was worse before", after i mentioned seeing DEAD ROACHES in bathroom.

The room was not clean. Roaches and bed bugs in all 3 rooms

This hotel was nasty, people were fighting outside, and keeping up noise throughout the night, very difficult to get proper sleep. Tub very nasty and dirty. Walls very nasty and dirty. Staff was not friendly. Mold was on the walls.

Got my money's worth. Very quiet. Clean.

My door did not close easily. Staff cleaned room and for was not closed on my return.
