Location and the friendly staff

It's a little worn, but still was comfortable

Staff was very friendly. Renovating the whole hotel to keep it updated.

Guests where noisy at 2:30 a.m. 2 other guests needed needed new mufflers and started the vehicle at 5 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. It was very hard to sleep peacefully.

the greeting and staff was over the top friendly. they were great.

room was falling apart. stuff coming off wall. refrigerator didn't work. or worked to good. top was all frozen up when we got there. bathroom sink handles had growth in them. but over all look of the room wasnt bad at all. just being picky.

Older hotel but overall clean and comfortable and friendly staff.

Friendly, courteous staff Room was cleaned very well and was very clean in general, also well-maintened for an older property

The only reason for poorer room rating was the missing bedside table, those are a must. While lighting was good I had to get up to turn off the lights from a wall switch, they were also way too bright for getting ready to sleep.

The eggs were delish .. staff was super ..

It¿s supposedly non-smoking .. but my wife and I both could smell cigarettes from our room ..

Location, Price. Cleanliness of the room. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't "that" bad either.

Remote control was just GROSS. Please clean them. Television WIFI was terrible. The WIFI kept pausing right in the middle of a football game and other television shows. Toilet kept running for a little bit until I messed with it. Float is sticking.

Location to my destination

Room was small, bathroom pocket door was missing handle (used a washcloth to close the hole where handle should have been)

My husband has mobility issues.The room was across from the elevator which was easy for him

The room could have used some updating but everything worked. It was adequate for the price

Super pleasant stay! The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperatures, both nice and clean. Breakfast was a cut above what you usually get,very decent selections including good scrambled eggs and sausage. Staff were all friendly. Room was clean.

There was a very slight musty smell when first entering the room. It quickly went away. I would definitely book this room again.

It is close to Interstate 77 and Amish Country. Easy to get to

Parking lot is not marked good. No lights at drive entrance.

Some guests did not follow non-smoking rules of hotel, the odor of smoke was evident in hall.

This hotel would¿ve been great because it was right across the street from the construction job that I¿m working it was very convenient.

The owners/staff were rude and Dishonest. My boss pay for my room and gave me the key but on arrival I was told they needed a credit card on file but I would not be charged the next morning I was charged twice still not refunded

The room was clean, quiet and had comfortable beds. Nice pool. Excellent value!

Need to repair second ice machine. No ice the second day which was an inconvenience. We had to go buy a bag of ice.

It was updated and in a good area

Although the pool and hot tub looked fine we were told they were closed for maintenance. The pool and hot tub was the only reason we chose that hotel. There was also red stain on our sheets. Looked like lipstick or something.

Hotel was very clean and staff was polite. Kids loved the pool.

Breakfast in the morning I would hope for a bigger selection.

We were put into a handicap room and did not ask for one, the main door would not dead bolt at all, the room smelled musty from the ac unit, and the street noise was very loud.

Best customer service we have had in a long time! We need a lot more of that kind of service in the world we live in...thank you and we will be back!

Missed having a bath tub but hot tub and pool made up for it.

Room was nice enough. The manager and wife where real nice. Should have change machine for vending area or credit card use.

Pool and hot tub area sucked. Dirty air vents. Black ?legionnaires? Pool edges grimy gross and unsanitary looking. Walls old wood paneling needs redone. And then there is the sqeeky air circulation fan.
