Friendly staff

interior needs serious attention. Carpeting is torn in many places. Bob Evans across the parking lot had hot breakfast. Not at this hotel. Hot breakfast: diy waffles, rock hard biscuits, sausage gravy. Stained bedspread, tub has seen better days. $188.😑

Thr room. Was very bad every step we took in room broke the floor, the vinyl flooring was so brittle every step cracked and broke it, the floor was not sweated and had all sorts of things on it

The in-room bathroom fan was obnoxiously loud. The floors in the hallway were coming apart and were dangerous.

The Hot tub was great that's it the night guy work was terrible my Husband tripped on the broken tile in our hallway the guy said nothing he can do About it.. truck caught fire in lot they ran buckets out never called fire department this place is a mess

The filthy toilet in our room the dirty floors the filthy bathroom inpool area the night staff was aweful

The staff was accommodating. Quiet place. Plenty of parking.

The chair in our room needed to be replaced.

Walk in Shower was nice even though I didn't use it.

Toilet was not working right and was stopped up when I left.

Nothing. Will never stay there again.

We a only stayed one night the hotel didn't allow pets. We had to leave an stay at another hotel. I was in Ohio for my mother's funeral .It was a horrible experience I was in Ohio for my mother's funeral, but the hotel drama was too much to handle.

It was close to where I was visiting

The room smelled. There was a stain on the carpet. The room was on the second floor with no elevator.

Pool area was cool, featured on the front of the building. Seemed like they were doing a decent job of keeping what they have clean, except the breakfast area. BBQ place next door is awesome.

Smell in the hall. Cracked sink in our room. Biggest issue was breakfast. Meatballs, nothing in other side. No juice. Milk was an empty gallon. Coffee was muddy water. Should just make a deal with the bob evans next door.

Hot tub was cold. Dirty carpet and some odor

AC coolness was less and I complained, but don?t know if was fixed, but as we were tried we slept..

The bathrooms were clean.

First, room I stayed in had a cracked sink, the wastebasket had not been emptied, the message light on the phone blinked all night, a street light in the parking lot outside the window also blinked all night. The second room was better.

No, we stay at this hotel every year for the past 5 years. We stay for the Ohio University Leadership Gala.

It was in a good location next to stores and interstate.

We were on the end of the hotel and can hear people going in and out of the door. There was a couple trying to get a ride to pick up her boyfriend stuff. That was a little scary. ¿¿ they look sketchy and I think the girl live there.

Cleanliness, hours for pool and hottub were good, morning staff were friendly, close to highway, pillows were comfortable, quiet

Bathroom was cramped and toilet was very low, evening check in person was not friendly, hours for breakfast should be a little later, 6:30 to 9:30 is early for those staying in the area

Close to town and Bob Evans and free EV charger at nearby library

The carpet looked worn and the a/c didn't work very well, had to keep changing the temperature setting

The staff were so extremely nice. They went out of there way to be accommodating during the multiple days we were there. The pool was enjoyable, the breakfast entirely adequate. It's a good place for a family stay, and the location is perfect.

The staff were professional, thoughtful and kind.

Closeness to University the breakfast was enjoyable.

Was told at check-in the pool would be closed until at least Monday.The front desk girl was chatty to the guy in front of me and cold short and just snippy rude to myself and my daughter.Quite expensive.
