Inn at Taughannock Falls

The staff and location were wonderful. Breakfast was very good.

Daily room servicing was unsatisfactory. Did not replace toilet paper one day, did not vacuum or sweep.

Lovely room, pricey for 1 night (especially as we were shifted into different building without warning -Inn is shut- that wasn't on website). If location is important, make sure to call ahead. Free parking. Reasonable continental breakfast. Free i

Check in is quite late & housekeeping starts early (and is loud). Not terribly relaxing when only staying one night - you get less than 24 hrs to enjoy your stay. Would come back, but not for 1 night only again...

There were two large spider webs in the bathroom ceiling corners with a large spider moving around.

Location

Room was dusty. Lamps had webs. There were ants in the bathroom. Sheets were stained and was pilling. We¿ve stayed here in the past and loved it but this time was so disappointing.

The views and the location were outstanding! It was very quiet and made for and extremely serene and relaxing weekend. The atmosphere at the main building was great. The continental breakfast was second to none!!

The heating unit in the room was extremely difficult to regulate. It was either way too hot or way too cold with no happy medium no matter how we adjusted the controls. Also, the quality of the sheets could have been much better. Otherwise, it was great!

Exceeded my expectations at every level, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend the inn to anyone who asks.

I can honestly say there is nothing I didn't like about my stay or the hotel.

The heater was not super quiet, but I guess that’s to be expected in a historic building.

Great view of the lake. Comfortable room. The shower is wonderful! We had a lakeside king room.

That the restaurant was closed, but. Understandable for out of season.

The Inn is absolutely magnificent! The staff including Carl, Danny and Dirk are all wonderful good hearted and funny people. I just love this place and it is especially magical at Christmas time. It’s a Five star boutique hotel.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave to come home. I wanted to stay longer but there’s always obligations at home. Until next time beautiful Inn.

The room was awesome! Great view, comfy beds, and nice bathroom. Water in the fridge.

The Inn was beautifully renovated. It was clean and the staff was great! The breakfast was perfect, it had everything we needed to start our day.

Wish there was a seating area inside the inn. A fireplace inside would be great. Too cold for the fire pits

The inn was beautiful with friendly staff. Clean and cozy on first cold weekend of the year. The breakfast was delicious with breathtaking views. The location was amazing with scenic view of lake and next to Taughannock Falls trail and park.

The mold on ceiling above the Shower.The smell of Dampness , bad smell.The Mattress had me itching all night.The sheets are very old/ Worn out hard material.The Carpet needs to be replaced very old looking.The chair under the T. V. The upholstery was hanging loose. Needs to be thrown out.All Furniture needs updating. The outside of building needs power washing/ Cleaning. The amount of this room was definitely way over priced.

Beautiful surroundings and close proximity to the Falls - Best! Within 10 min. drive to Village town to have great food (Italian too)!
