Hampton Inn & Suites Staten Island

The room was clean

I booked the room months prior to my stay. I reserved a king size with a sofabed. I was given a double queen. To make matters worse, my room was on the side of the hotel that was right across the street from a highway causing 5 sleepless nights for me

Someone near my room a guest must have been smoking in their room and the smell cigarette smoke was in the hallway and my room.

The bed was actually very comfortable!

Even though we were on the 6th floor, we could hear traffic noise very clearly. It was nonstop all night long!

This location passed my expectations. Staten Island needs more hotels like this one and the Garden Inn at the other end of the parking lot. My sister stayed there and it was a great experience

I loved everything especially the tribute to the Horse Stables. The coach outside is beautiful.

AC extremely noisey. Room design, furnishings old. Breakfast area very crouded.

The complementary breakfast was amazing

for the hotel to be that nice and big the WiFi didn?t work the whole time traveling e kids we needed for our devices

The room was not clean and had a bad smell. We actually left and did not stay the night because of that.

The rooms are a good size comfortable and clean

There was a staff member named William that was kind of rude but everyone else was friendly and helpful

We rented a suite which when we entered the towel rack was on the floor. We came to get our room changed to only go into a room that was unclean. There was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. The towels and bed sheets and cover had stains on it.Dead bugs

The room was nice, big, and clean

Staff only made the bed one day, I called for new towels and toilet paper. My stay was five days.

Room was very dirty. The floor turned our feet black. There was mold in the bathroom that they sealed over with caulk instead of cleaning. The couch had huge disgusting stains on the cushions. Sheets were dirty.

Staff was friendly, great breakfast and great location to get to NYC. We stayed here and prepaid for a parking spot at the Empire Outlets. Cost was $11. Was a 4 minute walk to the Staten Island Ferry. The ferry is free. Went to NYC and walked/Subway

Rooms need upgrading. Gotta keep asking tor towels and room not made up even tho maid service was asked to

We needed an earlier check in and they charged us 29.00 and then gave us a room that was not selected at booking. Didn?t get towels til after 9pm closet door broke remained open sink and shower slow

Clean, lovely king room with extra space and furniture, very kind and helpful staff. Big grand common area and breakfast room. Breakfast was consistent with other Hamptons- good for hotel breakfast.

It's a bit off the beaten track, and Google maps has some very odd ways of getting someone there. But I'd stay again for sure.

Staff that was very accommodating made it very pleasant

About scheduling housekeeping to come into the room to clean unfortunately I did it a few times and they never showed up had to continuously go to the front desk

Easy access to Newark airport to Staten Island. Pretty decent coffee available all day

Furnishings were dated

Larger room. Nice breakfast each morning

Noisy family running and screaming up and down hallway.
