Comfort Inn Staten Island

The room had some sort of bugs in the bed. Couldn’t even sleep in the room one of the days I booked for I had to go stay with a friend. I have bug bites all over my legs. The doors don’t close shut automatically you have to actually close it yourself.

There's a gym, free breakfast 7am to 10pm and no smoking rule is enforced.

The ice machine doesn't work. The dumpster outside of the hotel really stinks...in the winter...

Location was very convenient since it is near the highway. The beds were comfy and room was good.

The bathtub stopper in room 119 wouldn't allow the water to accumulate for a bath. The ice machine in the basement didn't work.

The hotel has changed ownership.They used to offer free breakfast...no more...the TV did not work.There was coffee and cups in the room but no coffee maker. No mini fridge.

The location, the front desk clerk was accommodating

No cable, no Netflix, no continental breakfast

The front desk manager was friendly - that is the one positive thing I can say about this hotel.

The hotel room smelled horrible. The ac had a big whole were the air blew out. The room was super small. The room could be cleaner. Over the years this hotel has gotten worse. This will be my very last time staying at Staten Island Inn

Air fresheners and ACs should be more functional in the hall ways The Hallway carpets should be changed to avoid the stuffy smells.Its obvious the carpet is quiet old

The hall and room smell like mold. When I told staff they would not provide us with an appropriate room they switched the room and moved us to a room where the light doesn't work ,refrigerator was on desk, the TV did not work & it still smelled like mold

The first room they gave me was very dirty and smelled and they changed my room the second one was a little bit better but the bed was horrible the bathroom counter top was dirty the floor looked little stained I would never stay there ever again

Price was reasonable. It was convenient for my needs. Internet and parking was free. Beds were clean. No sign of pests.

Location isn¿t convenient. Parking lot full of pot holes. Constant smell of marijuana inside building despite no smoking rule. Low sound proofing of hallway. Slow elevator that regularly had spills in it but the staff tried to keep it clean. Carpet dirty.

I did not like the hotel. Two of my family members had to check out and find another hotel. (2 rooms) Noise outside during the night (12am-4am) Could not sleep well. Would not recommend this hotel. I'm surprise, Comfort Inn are nice. Should get some kind

of a free stay next time I book.

This hotel was the worst hotel experience I¿ve ever encountered.

Worst experience. Room was dirty, walls nasty. Loud noises at night, people rapping right outside our door. A man who was not hotel staff was allowed in our room to help maintenance carry small refrigerator in that we requested. There was smoke smell

The restaurants and the mall is near the hotel

Room are too small. The tv remote wasn¿t working so I ask for another one they game one worst than the first one. Door are to noisy specially the one to enter the room. One lamp wasn¿t working

The hotel receptionist requested to reserve $25 on my CC or to cancel my reservation for no valid reason

lets get started: rugs were damp and wet room smelled of mildew doors had to be kicked in order to get in ad for hotel says continental breakfast they didnt have any first room they gave me had feces in the toilet bowl noisy construction

Loud guests music playing and those staying at hotel were smoking marijuana that odor hit you as soon as you walked out the room.

Very dirty, smell. The walls are very thin and so close to each other room. I couldn't sleep all night because the peoples in the neighbor room were so noisy. They watching TV loud and spoke at 3 a.m.

I had to clean my own room,the elevator lost power for day's. I had to walk up four flights and the hotel offered no kind of discount for the inconvenience.
