The bed was comfortable but that's about it

Almost everything. One of the desk staff was very rude and unprofessional, the elevator takes forever, none of the amenities that are listed are available. There was no spa, golf course vending machines, not even a ATM. They said go to the Marriott. Ha

It is a simple, clean place to stay with pretty good access to Manhattan via auto. We also enjoyed the atmosphere, which felt like an inexpensive hotel in Europe.

Reasonable rate, close proximity to my job, free breakfast, room was nice

Elevator not working, no blackout curtains, close to highway so somewhat noisy. The hotel is somewhat isolated and not near anything, felt a little unsafe when I arrived after dark.

There was a fridge and microwave. The bath tub was also perfect and they always have hot water.

When we checked in he took my payment when I asked for a receipt he said I didn't need it. So when I got home I saw we wre overcharged for my 4 rooms it work a month to get a refund .

Location and breakfast

The room key did not unlock the gym so that was an inconvenience and an amenity that we looked forward when booking this hotel.

I was charged the wrong amount and now I have to go thru the process of getting a refund and I had 5 rooms for a funeral

IHG says service animals allowed. We stayed a total of 7 days with our dog and on day 6 we were told we couldn¿t have him there because ESA animals are not allowed which is WRONG and against the law. They would not renew us for 1 more night

Front desk employee

The hotel room was completely disgusting or she turn even changed the floor was nasty there was a hole in our wall the location was extremely scary and dirty

I love the location and the breakfast parking

This is the second time I stood here honestly loved my experience the first time thsts why I returned but I would not stay on the first floor ever again.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy to find

I have to say every time I go back they beat my expectations. The front desk staff especially hotel employee and Manager. This is 4th time there and will come back every time. Even hotel employee in housekeeping is a gentleman and helpful.10 stars

It is not located in the best of areas but once inside you are in a different world.

Rooms were clean and close to my destination

Loud music on my floor until after 1:00 a.m. then police arrive around 2;00 a.m. due to a fight and a person of interest in the building that was not staying there.

Bad neighborhood, poorly maintained hotel, no ice machine, (was told to go to the comfort inn to get ice), no shampoo, toilet not working, no shower curtain in room when we checked in.

Desolate location

Ease of getting from lobby to room. On first floor. Clean appearing, Showtime channels. The staff was helpful/friendly. Free coffee/tea.

The phone was unsanitized. Small elevator. Small parking lot. Small room.

Comfortable beds

No parking. Rooms really tight. Not enough closet access for multiple guest. Rooms too small for 4 people.

The hotel staff was rude and the rooms were dirty and they left old food and drinks in the refrigerator.

The water was brown the working staff the night of my arrival was extremely rude and unhelpful and very unprofessional
