Hampton Inn Seneca Falls

Room was clean, breakfast was good, location was in a nice area.

Heating/air conditioning unit reverted back to cool air no matter what temperature the thermostat was set at

The first morning breakfast wasn’t as good as it used to be. Disappointed that the TV wasn’t a smart TV

The pool was disgusting. CSo cloudy you couldn't see the bottom, and algae thick on sides above water line.

The staff was wonderful. We were especially impressed with Larkin, the young woman that was behind the desk, when we arrived and checked out.

The bed in our room was noisy, every move we made was heard. The air conditioner was also very noisy! We had to turn it off to sleep.

I really liked the quality of the lotion and the beds were super comfortable. The breakfast also hit the spot for us. The staff who was cleaning towards the end of breakfast was SUPER nice and interactive, I appreciate her.

We went swimming and there was hair in the pool and the water was a little murky.

Shuttle available to Casino was nice. Breakfast had many different options. Room was a decent size, not too small

POOL WASNT WARM AND THE TEMP OF THE ROOM WAS COLD ALSO THEY WOULDNT TURN THE HEAT UP WASNT STAFF WASNT VERY FRIENDLY AT ALL

The staff were so friendly, welcoming & accommodating. We were surprised at how spacious the room felt, though the typical set-up with two queens. The hotel really was very clean; from the room to the breakfast area and all spaces in between.

Obviously not a luxury resort, so you can't walk in expecting that. For clean, affordable lodging with breakfast and pleasant staff, we recommend this Hampton Inn, and we would definitely stay again.

Well maintained, clean! Easy access to Route 5 & 20. The Breakfast bar was outstanding.

The breakfast was great ! The staff was very good making sure everything was clean and filled. Alyssa was great at check in ! This is a nice , clean hotel and highly recommend this hotel .

Not visible from main road [ Rt 20 ] / Breakfast [ scrambled eggs and sausage ] was off tasting ; couldn't eat.

I noticed mold in the corner of the shower and the bottom portion of the shower door was dirty. Bed was mediocre. Overpriced

Convenient for both Lake Cayuga and Lake Seneca.

No hot tub.

When you first walk in, it appears as if it should have been given a higher star rating than a 2.5. But then you stay there for the overnight experience.

The AC system is very weak. We tried to change rooms in the middle of the night, only to find the the gurgling sounds coming from the AC system was also happening in the other two rooms offered. The fans do not have a high speed as the thermostat appears

Nothing worth remarking about.

Breakfast was a grab and go with few options. Housekeeping service was by request only. Asked for extra pillows, was told there weren¿t any. Went to a store and got my own pillows. Hotel is across the street from a landfill, there was a constant stench.
