location!!! walked to all we wanted to see

no food---only ice in lobby---noisy trash empty early morning

Nothing restaurant, no bar and no AC I. Room.

The location. The roast duck was delicious. The manager is attentive and knowledgeable about the local attractions.

Location and cleanliness

Strong, demanding language about No Cash Accepted is rude. I thought Legal Tender has to be accepted.

The ancient a/c unit in the room up by the ceiling and it hasn?t been dusted in YEARS

Really comfortable, attractive, sparkling-clean room and bathroom! Fun design throughout. Manager  couldn¿t have been more gracious.

A soft chair or small couch would have been a nice addition to the King room, and there seems to be plenty of room for it. HVAC was finicky and may need servicing.

Everything about the room was excellent . Your price was much better than Gould¿s. ???

We were not able to check in before3:00. We would liked to have a chair in the room.

The location is great and it is clean. The TV did not work properly even after it was "fixed". There is no frig or microwave, which is okay by us.

The breakfast could have been much better. They put out the same bagels three days in a row. They were a day old the first day we were there. Otherwise, it was cold cereal, yogurt, and drinks.

The staff was very accommodating and it was clean and cute.

We could have used a refrigerator in our room

Loved the character of the building and the design of the rooms. Rooms are clean and we were very comfortable. Loved the separate spaces the room provided i.e sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. Definitely stay here again!!!

This is silly but I did not like that I actually had to get into the shower to turn water on. It took forever to get it to regulate so that was pretty uncomfortable. That is my only complaint

Very modern and clean, rooms are spacious. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Great location. Parking is OK.

The bed was terrible. It was uncomfortable and had a large dip in the center. The only complaint we had was the bed. awful.

Beautiful room and the staff were so nice and accommodating. Downtown Friday night was quiet. Good wifi. Our family of three (including a small child) was very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Room size and cleanliness! Staff was also very attentive!

Certain comfort amenities were lacking but nothing that spoiled out stay e.g.; ice machine on our floor was not available.

Location is convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful.

For the most part the rooms a very clean, so it appeared. Then we moved the love seat in front of the tv. Apparently nobody had moved this in a long time. Half a beef stick and some food and hair pin was under it. The tv quality was very poor.

It looks like the decor was 1920s. Was hoping for more old / original looking interior / room. Dining room was nice. A lot of traffic noise from the streets.
