The staff was quite friendly, my room was very clean and it was a quiet location.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. Every trip the hotel the amenities get less and less available. I feel that I might have to choose another place as it is just too basic.

The pool was always out of order. Waiting time at the front desk (minimally staffed) was endless. Minimal room service, no cups in the room and the morning breakfasts are getting too minimal.

 a nite clerk helped us with room issue. Booked for 2 queen beds and room had 1 king for 3 adults. She was helpful and pleasant.

The free hot breakfast is always great!

We were traveling with 5 children and they were excited to use the indoor pool. Upon check in, we were informed that the pool was out of service. Our children were very disappointed to say the least.

It¿s clean, quiet and comfortable. The room is spacious and has enough tables and seats. The bed - very comfortable

We asked front desk person, upon arrival if the pool was open. We were told yes, only to get our swim suits on and down to the pool to see a sign : Pool Closed. Asked front desk again. Pool pump was to be replaced later in week. Disappointed

Only one elevator was working. According to other guests, it had been out of service for some time. Loose floor tile as you enter bathroom. Slight trip hazard.

Average hotel nothing special.

The hotel info says they have a indoor pool, upon arriving the pool was closed. I was formed of maintenance issues, for the next four days I never seen anyone working on it and no guess to when it was to open. I believe that should be posted on website.

Since I needed to use the laundry, they really need to put in a change machine that changes dollar bills into quarters . I had to hunt down quarters like a kid on an Easter egg hunt !!! Also the bench outside the front of the bldg should be bolted down .

The sign showing the driveway entrance going west off of Rt4 is hard to see. Needs to be made easier to see when traveling south on Rt4.

Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is clean and modern with new furniture. My room and bathroom was very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly for every encounter I had with them. On average better than the other hotels I've stayed at.

Wonderful, courteous staff, helpful, personable. Room was very clean, roomy, with coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave. More than I expected. Will use again.

Convenient lay located iff the 90. Short ride into Albany. Room and hotel were nice.

Pool was small. It felt crowded once more than 2 families tried to use it. The breakfast area was not attended to by a specific staff person. There were many items empty: forks, ketchup, syrup, hard boiled eggs. Haf to ask person at front desk for items.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel is very clean.
