Just great! Whisper-quiet AC that worked well, comfortable beds, sparkling clean room, surprisingly good breakfast selections and the cook makes terrific scrambled eggs and bacon. She’s very nice too. Lastly, great coffee 24/7, ground fresh for each cup.

Nothing. It far exceeded our expectations.

Location to my events. Breakfast was pretty good and ladies kept it well stocked. Very clean hotel and comfortable beds.

Particular to our room: AC didn’t seem to cool the room well, bathroom door was sticky and wouldn’t close easily, only had 3 sets towels even though room sleeps 4. We got another set right away though.

mattress was lumpy,couple of electric outlets not working,smoky halls,etc

So Clean and Neat...the bathroom was spotless and new...pillows and bed a little uncomfortable but suitable for a night.

Staff were polite and helpful. Convenient location. Room was very clean, bathroom seemed updated. Nice breakfast and little gym.

Only minor complaint was a slightly noisy heating /ac unit, but again, minor nuisance. Slept without it disturbing me.

Power went out and there was no generator if I was alone I wouldn't have been that upset but I was with my 4 kids 14,12,7,and 3 so it was a horrible experience

The front desk staff, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She even remembered our names the next day

Great staff. Clean hotel. They do a great job. We have been there 4 times and will always stay here when visiting our grandchildren.

The staff was very nice. We had a great view. They had almond milk in the free breakfast area which I really appreciated. The housekeeping staff were really respectable and re-filled everything we used each day.

The decor was very outdated and common areas were dirty. There was no ventilation fan in the shower which was causing the old wallpaper to peel. The shower water pressure was very low and the water leaked from the faucet. The beds were uncomfortable.

The staff at this location was incredibly helpful. Thank goodness because the amount of construction going on at the hotel made sleeping quite impossible, which was the whole point of our stay.

I am happy that the Holiday Inn is taking time to update their rooms. However, I¿d suggest not reserving the rooms directly under your construction zone. Our 1st floor room was directly under a room being renovated. Said renovation started at 6am.

Great Location for my needs, staff was awesome, and very clean. Breakfast help was friendly and very efficient.

Exterior rear exit door was blocked open with a rock so anyone could enter anytime.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. I should have looked at the amenities- they were not listed. The bed was very firm. The pool was not open, until further notice. It¿s summer-fix it.

Views of the city. Great breakfast with wonderful breakfast lady and the bird feeders where you can watch the birds while eating breakfast. Everything was very good at this hotel.

The pool was out of service and not open. Not near any shops that you could walk to, had to drive to closest restaurants or shopping center.

Two queens and allowed 4 persons. Free parking and less than $20 to Uber to most downtown Albany spots. Plus town of rensaler is quite nice with good delis and diners and big box stores.
