Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff.

The woman that worked breakfast buffet was very delightful.

I booked the hotel because there was a pool but it was being maintained. The hole experience was thrown off

The staff was good and friendly and they have free water bottles at the front desk. That's nice coming back at night after being out all day.

The room didn't seem to really be cleaned. There was hair all over the bathroom and there was a persistent smell in it. The hotel didn't seem to care about the golf carts parked around the main entrance with giant F*** Biden flags on them.

Very nice room. It had everything we could possibly need. We especially liked the full sized refrigerator and freezer.

I was disappointed that I could not get change at the front desk. I needed to break a $20 to leave housekeeping a tip. First time I was unable to do so. ¿¿

Good location pretty close to SUNY OSWEGO and everything downtown.

Interior furnishings getting dated. Room could have been a lot cleaner. Too many signs of previous guests. Breakfast served until 9 am. That's a really early cut-off time. Not sure what they served cause we skipped it after getting in late. Pool clo

The staff was very accommodating. I did not get the names of the staff but I can start with the woman who checked us in that night. She was quick to answer any and all questions we had. The young gentleman who was running breakfast was on top of his game!

There was a little bit of garbage left under the front of the fridge but it was not anything that ruined or trip.

Comfortable beds and the girl at check in was super nice. Enjoyed having the pool to ourselves, even though that was only because of covid.

Stain on the carpet wasn’t horrible but noticeable. No conditioner in the shower, only shampoo. Also, this didn’t bother me but the grills downstairs were on and I don’t think the people who turned them on ever came back. Same with later in the even

Very nice hotel as far as Renovation goes. Central location

Room dirty coverlet had makeup marks and bathroom was dirty. Definitely not clean. Had no choice but yo stay since I arrived do late luckily I always bring gloves and cleaning supplies. Hair on the floor and shower Will definitely not stay there again.

The maintenance employee cleaned the snow off of all the guests cars (!!), the staff was very friendly, and the free breakfast had many healthy options!

Our room was spacious, beds were so comfy! Very nice staff! Close to SUNY Oswego!!!

It was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. It had plenty of room for 3 adults. The beds were clean and crisp, the room carpets were immaculate, and the bathroom had everything you would need from plenty of clean towels to all the soaps.

Everything was perfectly fine for the most part. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
