Knights Inn - Oswego, NY

Room was clean and the location was good.

Thought they would refresh the towels each day.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable.

Very large room with a view of the fireworks display over the bay.

The Manager was very concerned about the stay and asked several questions. He ended up giving me a $5 gift card for Dunkin Donuts. There is one next door to the hotel for convenience. In my 50 years of traveling for business this has never happened!!!

The bed is getting old. It needs to be replaced

I particularly liked the end room with the side window to produce more light and a lovely apple blossom tree outside the window. Nice room !!

Not really.

The room was very clean and nice in appearance with 2 queen beds. Even though it was on the main road there was no noise. The motel was very close to town. Location was perfect. Only problem was the attitude of the checkout person.

The lady who registered,me was delightful and Helpful. However the owner in the,morning was quite unpleasant and unfriendly.

Needed a bottom room floor because I was traveling with elderly guests...staff informed me they didn't have any...yet hotel was not only not full, the bottom floor was not full, and no elevator

The woman at check in was friendly. She was honestly the only good thing here.

Door lock flimsy. Mattresses so worn the were like waterbeds. Water either scalding/freezing, wouldn't mix well. Minimal outlets in room & were too large do plugs fell out. People drinking in parking lot. We checked out after an hour. Not a family place

The price is good. The location is fairly good as there are eating options nearby, including a Dunkin Donuts adjacent.

The rooms can be a bit noisy as this is very close to a heavily traveled street. I've stayed here twice. During this stay, I noticed there was essentially no weather seal around the door to help reduce outside noise.

The location was the ONLY positive.

NOTHING about this poor motel has been updated/replaced since it's opening(I'm guessing the '70s; the smell is pleasant; there were dead flies in my room; the pillows were not even pillows; NO PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP!!! THE OWNER/MGMT HAS NO PROFESSIONALISM!!!

It's conveniently close to my son's school Oswego Suny. Excellent value for in the city of Oswego. Staff members are friendly & made my stay pleasant. I was given a ground floor room due my disability.

Had a great stay room was better than expected and got a great rate . Rajesh was a great host . will be staying there on next fishing trip. Great loacation close to everything .

Other than it was close to the college¿ not much

Not much .. incredibly noisy all night .. some drunk guy passed out right outside my door .. no continental breakfast ( as advertised) .. rude disrespectful staff ..

Cleanliness, more than enough supplies, and the fact that it had a microwave and mini fridge for the price of the room was more than I expected. VERY pleased

The main entry (exterior) door was not very well sealed. You could see daylight across the top and partial side. I would hesitate to stay in the winter here for that reason. Otherwise no complaints

Very satisfied. I was on a fishing trip with a friend. Being it's a two-star rated motel, we didn't have high expectations and expected the worst. To our surprise it was roomy and clean and that's all we needed for a fishing trip.

The chair and table set in the room desperately needed to be cleaned/reupholstered. Bring your own toilet paper- and tissues- I could’ve used what was offered as sandpaper.

Comfy bed and pillows. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Easy and quick access to shopping and restaurants.

Outside noise (traffic, garbage truck, deliveries, etc.) started between 5:30 and 6:00 AM and made it hard to sleep

Free coffee and light breakfast in lobby. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Rooms had both microwaved and refrigerators.

Very old rooms had an unpleasant odor.

it was close to the race track we attended Fri. - Sun.

no heat , bath tub plugged , had to take a shower while standing in dirty water , the dirt was from the dirt track we attended, dirt was flying everywhere . called front desk at midnight ,(that is when we returned to the hotel) .it was fixed next day .
