Room with a view.

Understaffed for the number of guests. Our room was one with the lights on. Looked like the cleaners didn’t quite finish because there was no soap or bathroom cus.

Rude members in pool area and staff sucked resolving harassment to a minor and adults. Our room was also infested with ants

The in room coffee pot was dirty and unusable. There was no shower curtain. The pool attendant kept yelling instructions at us intermittently. I asked if my children had done any of the acts he was yelling about and he said no, just in case.

Very nice stay, Room was nice and clean , bed was comfortable. Pool area very nice and relaxing. Staff was attentive, Wish breakfast was a little later, closed at 9::00am! View of water from our balcony was great!!

The breakfast was great my kids loved the new coffee machine.

I was disappointed when I went to the pool with my family. There was a lot of kids that were jumping around, the staff could have helped more with control.

The breakfast was not great. The hot items ran out quickly. Also, I was not impressed that I was basically kicked out of the pool because there were birthday parties scheduled twice on Saturday. A major reason I decide on a hotel is based on the pool.

The Staff is excellent. The location is nice.

We had a problem with controlling the temperature in our room. All night long the temperature went from freezing to the heat blasting. The first floor hallway was freezing. No heaters I guess. We stay here very often . Unfortunately this last stay wasn¿t.

How clean the hotel was, close to SUNY OSWEGO

There is only one main elevator we had a long walk to our room, there is another elevator but it takes downstairs to the swimming area & workout lounge.

couldn't regulate heat in room! Too hot!!! Several lights out in bathroom.

I loved the view,room and the staff. The morning breakfast was also great and the staff again kind and helpful.

The room was very nice and clean. Staff was nice (but it ended there...).

There were loud drunk girls playing music late into the night (this started at 10 pm and continued on until 3:30 a.m. We went to the front desk around 11:30 to ask if they could please control the situation. The issue went unresolved and we got no sleep.

Location on the river was amazing. Found large hotel room very inviting and relaxing. Breakfast spread was amazing. Friendly staff. Quiet atmosphere allowed me wonderful nights' sleep. On-site pool and sauna was nice.

The beds were way too hard/ stiff. My back was hurting a lot in the morning

The lady working there told me that my credit card would not be charged for anything but she was very wrong. My credit card was charged about $297 for incidentals which caused me serious financial issues and was almost what I had paid for the room

The location- room with balcony on the river was so relaxing. The highlight of my stay!

Not really- I personally had trouble with the room temperature controls but did not seek help from hotel staff so it was really my own fault.

The water and its close to SUNY Oswego. Desk staff so rude to my daughter. They really need to be more helpful and much nicer at the front desk. Staff on the Water has wonderful staff and the food is great!!!
