Pros +
- The bed was nice.
- Attention to detail was paid not only in the cleanliness of the entire establishment, but also with the decor of our room. Staff was helpful and pleasent. We look forward to staying here again!
- Price I was willing to pay.
Cons -
- The room was very small. It smelled. Part of what I assumed was a heating unit was part of the wall. The chair was filthy. The paint was chipped in many places. The bathroom mostly clean but not attractive.
- The location isn't as close to town as we'd like, but it is nice to be on the outskirts.
- I wished there had been counter space by sink for when I was applying makeup. My husband would have liked a bigger TV to watch Bills game on!

The staff is always cheerful and helpful. The rooms are clean and quaint.
The atmosphere around the hotel was that of a community. Each room had benches outside that facilitated interaction with other guests and the sharing of information. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free laundry and Wifi were a bonus.
Booked only one queen sized bed, but my teenage daughter came on this trip with me, and the nice staff gave us TWO beds in our room without charging me any more money, this was a far better stay, they even had a coffee maker and free laundry if we needed!
Nothing...this was the greatest hotel we ever booked!!!
