great location, easy access to public transit. clean place

Good value for the room rate. Staff were great and, in general, no real complaints. The location is decent, being just a few minutes walk to a major subway entrance, walkable to other Manhattan destinations, and with a few restaurants and convenience stores close by. A lot of free Saturday/Sunday street parking across the street and nearby. An inexpensive outdoors lot around the corner. Our room was high up and had a decent view of the Brookly Bridge and some skyline in one direction (office building in the other direction).

Nothing we "didn't like" to the point of being a deal-breaker, but the bed was a bit soft and the pillows flat. The TV was hard to navigate/find channels on (no accurate channel guide). Close to, but not really in the full mix of SoHo / Villagfe / TriBeCa. As noted, not a deal-breaker. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great, seems like hotel had some renovations done(last time I stayed here was 4 years ago), the floor seemed to be new and bathrooms too, everything was clean, we had a room on 18th floor and the view was amazing, stuff was super nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Everything was amazing! The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient for tourists. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Could do with an update.

The hotel was in a great location, the room was spacious and comfortable with a great city view, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I also loved that they had a convenient business centre from where I could work while I was there, and unlimited bottled water for guests to help themselves to as they come and go from the hotel.

The photos on booking.com present the hotel as being slightly more new and modern than what it was on arrival, but honestly, that wasn't a big deal. Everything was clean, safe and comfortable - with excellent service.

We lived in a room near end of the hallway (the corner), so literally no wifi connection at all. Even tho we connected near the door side, we lost the signals in the room.

The hotel is in a great location. We could walk to everything and get to the train and other public transport. The staff was courteous and the coffee in the lobby was good.

The rooms are small and fairly shabby and could use some updating. The carpet felt dirty. The car/honking noise from the street sounded like it was inside the room so the windows are not updated to be sound proof. We got used to it but it didn't make for the best night's sleep. The beds were ok but with only a sheet and a thin spread it was not enough. The room key cards kept failing so we had to replace them multiple times a day which was inconvenient.
