- The location was perfect for us -- easy walking distance to Central Park, Lincoln Center, several of our favorite museums, etc., and easy subway distance everywhere else! Breakfast was good, bed was comfy and the elevator (54th floor) very fast!
- Unquestionably, the corner ROOM! Floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides overlooking Times Square, theater district, the Hudson and downtown - Spectacular day or night, sunny, or socked in with storms. In addition, the breakfast buffet was incredible!
- No problem throughout our stay
Cons -
- No. We would stay here again.
- The lobby left a LOT to be desired - not welcoming or comfortable in any way. Front desk staff, while efficient, lacked personality. Were very disappointed they didn't acknowledge our 50th wedding anniversary despite reminding them at check-in.
- No. Just a minor issue with poor water stoppage of the shower door.
