- What a great hotel right in Little Italy. The staff are extremely courteous and hospitable.
- It?s hard to beat the location of this hotel - but the staff was also lovely and our Juliette window room was totally worth the extra we paid. The rooftop access was awesome as well.
- Great location, fresh design and clean room.

- I thought the balcony type was different than what I booked, the photos were deceiving. We asked the front desk to confirm and sure enough those advertised photos are just for the penthouse suites. I regretted booking a balcony room for the extra money.
- The room is a bit small but it's New York and it has a modern design which makes the most of the small space.
