- The location, cleanliness, comfy aspect.
- The staff is fantastic. Their breakfast is the best I have ever seen. They keep their establishment, especially the rooms, very clean and stay on top of it
- The location and value. The fact that a basic reasonably-priced hotel like this comes with a writing desk, a frig, a microwave, as well as simple breakfast is really good value, especially for downtown New Paltz.
