Leaving for a more accommodating hotel.

I got the room online at a discounted rate I wanted to stay a few additional nights at the same rate and the staff would not honor that. I've done that dozens of times before and this was the first time I had an issue. Ruined eveything.

The location is great

The shower was terrible. It was basically an incomplete shower nothing to block the water from spilling all over the bathroom floor. The shower head is terrible. Couldn’t pull out sofa unless I rearranged the entire room

Quiet, Target is very near and comfortable room with kitchenette

The desk staff are not very friendly.

Professionalism and cleanliness

The water didn?t get as hot as I?d like it to be when trying to take a shower. I spoke to the front desk and they did make every attempt to fix it and adjust the temperature but I believe it was an issue beyond their control. I didn?t change rooms.

Not much

The window shade was broken and the toilet didn¿t flush properly. But the worst was the manager¿s banging on the door in the morning claiming we didn¿t pay our bill. Of course we¿d paid, but apparently there was a computer error. Unbelievable rudeness

Everything, dirty towels with hair in them, dirty bed sheets and pillowcases, some bugs in the rooms unfortunately. For sure not a 3 starts hotel

Rooms and the service, all great, staff was very accommodating.

Breakfast was ok, it wasn’t with they advertised. To me it was continental breakfast. I expected better for the money.

When you enter the lobby the smell of bleach is too strong.

This hotel is so underrated!! I believe it should have a 5.0 rating. The staff are really friendly and courteous, everything is beautifully clean and redone, and the best part is the location! You can walk to Target from the hotel, it's that close. And it's 5 minutes from a major shopping center, 12 minutes from the center of town. The hotel was really nice and quiet, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfy. Also loved that there was an eating area in the room, with a table and stools. The bathroom was very clean and looked newly redone, which was a real pleasure. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

I just wish it would be a bit cheaper, but I was actually pleasantly surprised with how nice it was.

Front desk agent was rude & rushed when asked questions. Very unprofessional and never again. Hotel was clean but breakfast had no variety for the price point. The pool was great. When asked about a room with no pets or accessibility. We were told we would be in an isolated area. We were placed in a hallway with no access to view anything. Our car was parked and normally most hotels you can see it. This one had us tucked away in a cozy cave like setting. Very nice lobby but no views & the pet per floor is getting ridiculous. We love pets but it should a few floors dedicated. For non pet policy. Tired of paying to sleep behind stained carpet. From soiled pet waste left behind. Most hotels dedicate the top floors for non pet policy. This one did not & won’t book with this particular one again. The front desk lady stating isolated. Just seemed like she was punishing us & putting us in a dungeon. Also forgot several food items. There was no follow up call or anything. I would say please accommodate seniors with lower floors also not just pets. Some seniors like the first floor for convenience. Pets are not people so please take this into consideration. Love the Marriott brand but was disappointed this visit. Room temperature only goes up to 78 degrees also. So through the night it was cold. For the temperature at Christmas in New York City was literally 21 degrees. So heat was monitored and chilly. Normally I don’t leave a review. Yet the front desk experience was a turn off. Also the breakfast was disappointing & the chilly room. I would ask for a partial refund. Yet know I got what I didn’t pay for. Pretty packaging but lacked the Marriott brand quality.

No bedroom door , bathroom wasn’t completely clean. Dishwasher was leaking. Bedroom tv was really low even on 100. Told the front desk , took my number & never called ….

The place is clean the lobby is excellent

The breakfast would have been wonderful if it had been hot. They had it on a warming plate, but it was luke warm. The coffee was great.

The parking lot was full of spotted lantern fly's. This is an invasive species that needs to be killed. I reported it to the State.
