- We booked a queen room at Mayfair, but the keys we were given didn't work(happened twice). After about an hour, we were transferred to another hotel and given a room with a full-size bed instead of the queen we had booked. Overall, very bad experience.
- We were surprisided at the Hotel check in, to be charged again for PROPERTY FEES , on the amount of $ 15,00, when the site where we did the booking, has already charged me this ammount for the same purpose.
- Front desk wasn’t always manned but a phone number was provided to contact someone OR you can walk across the street to speak to someone. Front door was broken so security isn’t great

Upon check-in the hotel clerk did not know how to process the card on file - they advertise Clover (contactless pay option) but did not know how to work it-check out clerk was horrible. refused to update bill to proper charge
the room was very clean and quiet. small, but with everything a single person needed for a quiet night of sleep in the city.
i'm not sure if there was breakfast or internet offered, as the staff person never told me about them, they seemed busy on a phone call. the hotel may look like it's in a bad section of town, but it was safe.
