Staff were all friendly and helpful, my room was extremely clean, and the location is very convenient.

Literally the most uncomfortable bed I've encountered in my entire life. It was like a box spring with a thin, old, worn out pad on top. It wasn't even comfortable to sit on, let alone try to sleep.

Room were very small , and you can hear doors opening and closing pretty loud . Desk staff not warm and friendly .

Air conditioning didn’t cool much. Beds were very hard.

Smaller hotel than i expected . This is 7 or 8 floor building. Donot expect alot of views for city as it is promised on th site.

Unfortunately, the bed was extremely hard. It genuinely felt like a box spring with a mattress pad rather than a proper mattress, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably

Room is clean and big，bed is comfortable . Street parking is available, and the front desk advised us on which side of the street to park.

The lobby is a bit dated

I really liked this nice hotel away from the Manhattan crazyness. It’s a good alternative if you don’t wanna pay that much for the outdated Manhattan hotels. The place is in a new, upcoming (gentrified) neighborhood of Long Island City (LIC) with new highrises and bunch of shops, grocery stores and cafes around. Short walk from the hotel there is a subway station (Queensboro Plaza, N, W and 7 trains) and you can be in Manhattan in 10 minutes. There’s a Starbucks and big grocery store within 5 minutes. The hotel entrance is somewhat average and feels cheap but the front desk staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and large with nice view to Queensboro Bridge and Manhattans skyline. You can have cozy warm temperature in the room with the adjustable thermostat. The breakfast is complimentary and you can have the avarage American hotel breakfast (toast, croissants, bagels, scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, coffee etc) so you can start your day with a full stomach. Overall very good value for the price if you’re looking for quality alternatives to Manhattan while being still close to it in an upcoming young neighborhood.

The street itself has some sketchy parts (there’s a garage next door with bunch of broken taxis) but overall the area feels safe to walk around.

Location

When I checked in, I found that the bathroom light in my room was not working. I immediately informed the front desk and asked if I could switch to another room, since I had just arrived and hadn’t touched anything. The staff refused and insisted on sending a technician instead. We waited in the room for about 30 minutes while the technician came back and forth, but the issue still couldn’t be fixed. Only then did the front desk finally admit that they could change my room and gave us a new one.This experience was very disappointing. The staff handled the situation unprofessionally and showed little respect for guests’ time.

Sparkling clean room. Perfect spot - despite not being on Manhattan, the hotel location offers great commute as the subway station is like 5 min walk, well-lit and feels safe in the night. Quiet. Nice breakfast - advertised as continental, it is more like buffet with a good variety of food and drinks.

The room is a little small-ish, but not too bad. And I knew what I booked.

The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious and staff was really kind and friendly. The hotel is close to the metro.

Close to the subway station, the breakfast is very good.

location is 5 min walk from underground and is giving opportunity to go almost anywhere in NY.

Really nice hotel, one of the best value for money possible!Location is really good to explore NYC, there is a subway hub in 3 minute walk from hotel which allows to easily commute across the city Room was really nice and had everything you need, very clean and comfy. Especially the bed and mattress were really comfortable, thank you! our sleep was fantastic Breakfast is a nice addition, same food every day but you can get any type of calories possible, may be a bit more options of greens could be nice to haveStaff is very helpful and welcoming! The staff was very kind. The hotel was very well maintained. The room was very clean and had the amenities you would want or need. It was a good size for the area. It also included a very nice breakfast buffet! They had so many food options!
