They charged me more than the quoted price but that seems to be standard practice these days

The staff are great, very friendly and courteous. The view was fantastic too, especially from the rooftop.

The carpet could use updating and there's a lack of parking options.

Location was great, and room was relatively clean.

Getting items to the room like extra towels took a long time.

The balcony was very small and not what it looked like in the photos shown online and we did not have a great view. There was construction being down right outside out room

I can always count on Aloft Hotels to provide great comfort. The Aloft LIC is extremely comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The GM is very accommodating and professional. I recommend the Aloft chain of hotels to everyone.

I selected a room with a balcony when I arrived to check in the lady at the front desk said that they only had 1 room left on the 2nd floor.

The hotel was in a nice location and the staff were really friendly.

Although the hotel was really nice and clean outside, the room wasn't. It has stains on the carpet upon entering and red gunk on the sink faucet. There were no extra rooms that nice so we could not change rooms.

I’ve been here twice and the staff are very professional and friendly. Even the security guards greeted me and made me feel welcomed. They also provide Bliss soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Who doesn’t love Bliss? Overall I had a great stay. Very cle

I found it a bit odd that there are lots of signs about social distancing and face mask wearing but the staff do not wear mask.

The room had a great view and the room had the basic necessities for a stay.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. When we asked the staff to fix it, the issue was quickly brushed off and we had to go four days without air conditioning when temperatures averaged 95 degrees that weekend.

I liked how clean the hotel is. The security at this hotel is also amazing. I felt extremely safe especially at night when they close the front door and you have to ask your room key to get in the building.

I did not like the fact that they had a bunch of signs around asking guest to wear mask and to keep distance, yet the staff does not wear any mask. Weird to me. Also, weed smoke and perfume kept coming into our room I guess from one of our hotel neighbors

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel aside from the balcony.

I absolutely hated the balcony. First this to me was not a balcony. I felt like I was mislead into what the balcony consisted of. I was very disappointed in the unkempt, nasty balcony; the windows were dirty.

I liked the convinience of food options within the area and the modern day style of the hotel. It gives you a list of chanells and the amneties are great

This is my third staying at Aloft during this season. Quality and clearness of the room and amenity, elevator, gym and lobby have been always great as expected. Staff is kind and helpful for my needs.

I always feel the room (double occupancy) should have a small stool or another chair. There are 2 large built-in desks along the windows but only 1 small desk chair was in the room, So 1 out of 2 person only could sit on the bed while staying.

I love this hotel I just hate the fact that they give me a handicap room when I don't need that type of room. The shower was really annoying and this experience was nothing like the last tile I stood at this property I won't be back

Clean, bright, modern look. Relatively spacious for the price. Friendly, attentive staff. Comfortable main floor lounge. Very convenient central location for activities in other areas.

Noise and street grime in the area is quite bad. Breakfast should be changed--the voucher system discourage people without vouchers from ordering, because they feel they were shortchanged somehow.

Comfortable rooms and conveniently located by a subway station.

The showers were really bad, it had low pressure and took around 10 minutes for hot water to arrived. Issue reported but never resolved.

Comfortable room, block away from multiple subway stops, lots of food nearby. They let us leave our luggage there while we explored since we got in early in the morning.

Elevators were pretty slow but that is getting picky!
