The room was small for three people. And, on site parking and vale parking wan not usefull..

The hotel is clean and the rooms are large. The front desk staff is nice and so is valet but costs 60 per day

The neighborhood is poor. Broken cars littering the streets.The worst part was the noise. The housekeeping knocked loudly on the door at 8am even though we had the privacy card on the door. They even tried opening the door but were stopped by the catch

Price and the room

I didn?t like the location because it was in an area that I felt unsafe if walking outside at night.

The staff was exceptional, the hotel was beautiful and we felt very welcomed and safe

The only thing I would have liked would have been more selections at breakfast as someone who does not like sausages or eggs

Comfortable and great breakfast! Glad they expanded breakfast hours. Even on busy days, we were able to find seating. The staff were all very helpful!

Not walking distance to many shops, and restaurants especially when it’s very cold out, but easy to get delivery.

the smoke in the rooms i think it should have a non smoking policy i think people smoke in the rooms i also ddnt like that they dont clean the rooms everyday

Such a well equipped hotel. Room was clean, modern and stylish. We had an amazing view of the city too. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so attentive and friendly. Housekeeping were brilliant. After a long day trekking round the city it was always so nice to come back to a clean room. The laundry facilities were super value for money and so was the snack shop. Breakfast was excellent too with a wide variety of foods ensuring it wasn’t boring each day. The staff at this hotel were constantly working, cleaning, maintaining the appearance of the hotel, enhancing our experience by providing hot chocolates and snacks like popcorn for us to enjoy in the evenings which was so welcome as it was very cold during our visit to the city. The underground station is only a few minutes walk away and it takes you straight into the city for a few dollars and there is a Costco a short walk up the road which was excellent for a cheap meal. Everything was excellent and I really can’t fault anything with the hotel. The area you pass through to the station is ok but not perfect, we never felt unsafe though walking through and we came through at different times of the day during our stay (at times incredibly late at night!). I really take my hat off to the staff though. They were just superb. They really made us feel special and treated everybody with such respect and kindness and were so attentive. Their attention to detail was a level above and I would gladly come back and stay here again for a trip to NY.

The area you pass through to access the underground wasn’t perfect but was still safe enough to walk through regardless of the time of day. Just do as the locals do and keep your head down and walk forward

Breakfast was great, there was variety and a lot to eat.

I would have preferred a firmer mattress.

The rooms were ok, the lobby area not so much but then again it was a lot of people due to a lot of flights cancelations.

The lobby because there was a lot of traffic in and out and wasn't so clean due to this. The staff were very nice though and they let us check in early.

Breakfast has a good variety and tastes good. The 24/7 hot chocolate station with teas and coffee is a dream on a cold night. The staff is wonderful, Mwith attention to detail and their helpfulness.

They need better pots for the kitchen. More snacks in the machines...lol

The lighting was very poor. (There was no ceiling light.)There was no mirror in the room (only in the bathroom).There was a long line for the elevator.The breakfast area was limited.

The staff was very nice and professional!!! They helped us out so much and stayed nice even when they were dealing with really rude costumers!

My entire 2 week stay I don't think I saw a single stray hair or stain. The room was spotlessly cleaned and maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was so clean, plenty of space, in-shower pump shampoo and soap and great water pressure. Kitchenette has pots, pans, dishes and cutlery, microwave, full fridge and stove tops, and a dishwasher. Loved it here. Pretty great, full, satisfying, free breakfast everyday too.Also, room was very well sound proofed. I didn't hear anything at all through my walls. If this location works for you, it is a no-brainer to book here.

The parking and breakfast is included in the price

My city view had a power plant in plain sight and very concerned about what I was inhaling being there…

The shower water pressure

The check in staff was rude. Roaches in the first assigned room, then she gave me another room after I complained about the roaches. She had an arrogant style of talking. She charged my credit card for the three rooms that I booked plus two extra transactions of about $158. The manager who checked me out on the 21st even couldn’t explain those charges. It was a horrible experience and It smelled so bad that breathing became hard sometimes.

The breakfast is good for the most part, but the eggs need a little bit of help with taste.

The location was right next to Factory.......not very scenic. But that still didn't impair our enjoyment of the clean and comfy room.
