The front desk is very helpful. She helped us to navigate through the maze of New York subway. Gave us tip on where to eat. She is an angel ❤️

definitely the balcony on 7th floor. view was great. the restaurant/lounge upstairs has great view as well, above the 7th floor expanded view - didn't get a chance to go. room was clean, bed was comfy. staff was nice and professional. good location.

1- There was no hand/face soap in the room, the front desk the person answering the phone told us to use the body gel from the shower. 2- the A/C unit buttons were hard to see or operate.3- the beds sheets were not changed or done, just covered up.

The a/c was a portable and not really great for the room, the blinds and some of the bathroom walls need a SERIOUS cleaning. Our room was not cleaned until after 4pm

Hotel was very good. Clean, good staff, excellent housekeeping. Great large shower..Great views of NYC.

There are NO draws of any kind for cloths.Nice closet and cabinet shelves. That is all.

Did not meet the standards for a 3 stars hotel. Toilet paper was very thin and with a funny smell, no shower caps, curtains where thin too and you couldn¿t close then all the way to block the sunlight.

Great location, close to the train station and neighborhood stores.

Could have been cleaner. The hotel is starting to show its age. No trash bags in any of the trash cans. Found hairs, not our own, in the sheets on the bed.

I found and killed 3 bed bugs. When I called the front desk, I was told they couldn't help me. They brought me an almost empty bottle of hand sanitizer and lysol wipes. Still no refund in sight.

Location, view, cleanliness.

No facial tissues in the rooms or available at all in the hotel. Staff did not apologize for this and could not explain why this was the policy. I was offered additional thin toilet paper. Also, room service could not be billed to the room.

I¿ve been to this location many times. I like the location. The rooms are usually nice. They have a bar and restaurant, that¿s stays open late. Check out time if noon, and that¿s helpful .

The MANAGEMENT staff is horrible.

Staff had a really hard time checking us in which was annoying and there was no accessible drinking water.

20 min walk to Steinway & B-way( food & shopping). 3min walk to subway which is a 10min ride to the city. Roof top bar is great in the summer

The room was completely overpriced in a section where there¿s nothing around. The room was not very clean. We found hair on the floor in the bathroom a pasty package underneath the bed that my 14-year-old son found not OK.
