Pros +
- Absolutely nothing, no coffee, no vending machines, no parking.
- From the minute we checked in until check out the front desk, management and maintenance staff were wonderful! This trip was for my husband and Iâ≢s honeymoon. Hotel was low key and romantic. Easy access to Subway lines. We will be back 100%
- The view outside of our room was decent.
Cons -
- Bed was like sleeping on a rock, room was dusty, elevator was broken for over 24 hours, no coffee, customers cursing at a Uber Eats guy in the lobby, vending machines that look like they have food and they are fake art. Someone was blasting music.
- We had to change our room, 3 times due to bedsheets filled with either make up stains or hair follicles. Would not recommend. (Have visited this hotel, previously in 2018 and it was WONDERFUL, hence re-booking it.)
- The breakfast bar could be better. For the price you pay in fees for your stay the breakfast was sub par. Maybe some scrambled eggs and bacon and toast or waffle maker would really go along way.

It was about 20 degrees outside and our hotel room had no heat. The thermostat was set to 85 degrees but there were no heat coming out. We had to ask for extra blankets to sleep through the night. Hotel was only willing to reimburse their hotel fee.
Great staff - very helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable. I was only there 1 night for a quick trip to NYC - the price and the room fit my needs for this trip.
I don't like any of the hotel "resort fees" (and that is for all NYC hotels) - not exactly sure what I was paying for. But I did take advantage of the free breakfast before heading home.
This is not a 4 star hotel. Then they add on resort fees.
Beds remind me of college
Wonderful view of NYC..
No room service...we had to meet the food delivery person .at the front desk
The views of the city were amazing. The rooms were good sized, and had nice large windows in the halls.
The rooftop bar/restaurant was very lacking. We ordered 4 different tapas/appetizers and 2 martinis. The food had little flavor and the meat in the tacos had a questionable smell, however the guacamole was good. The martinis we are FAR from a martini.
It's hard to fully be prepared for the view you'll see as you open up the curtains to your 11th floor hotel room! The view is pristine of the NY skyline!!
Price
Fees at the hotel Card key did not work initially Hotel front desk staff was frazzled and unorganized upon check in
The hotel is a few miutes wallk to Queensboro Plaza metro station..
Before we checked out an amount was billed thru my credit card without any notice. I found out later that the amount was for taxes. Normally when we book hotel rooms the taxes are imcluded in the blocked amount during check in and not billed separately.
I loved the morning breakfast and the shuttle to the city!
The bed could be replaced it was old and worn. Besides that it was ok.
I loved the check in process, and staff. The room itself was small but clean and had a great view. Television was very large and smart, so all I had to do was log in to my streaming service
I did not like that the beds were so low to the ground and you could feel every spring in the mattress
The rooftop view
Yes parking, they did not offer a ride back. The parking was 4 blocks away if you couldn't find a spot on the streets
Free bikes were a nice perk. The shuttle came in very handy. Cable and wifi was easy and quick (good connection). The food at the bar was delicious.
Hidden "experience" fee of $25/day is tacked on at the end. The staff wasn't very accommodating upon our check in when we requested two beds.
Amazing city view
Staff do not specify what the experience fee is about. I mentioned it was my wedding anniversary and nothing special was done. We were also charged to our cards for mini bar goods we never used.
The heated floors were nice. And Netflix. And the cleanliness was top notch.
Room was very small. No fridge. The bathroom was designed poorly with the sink outside of it and no shower door so the water leaked out onto the floor.
Everything was great except for the bed and sheets. that's the point right to have a good nights rest! not here!
The bed was so hard I tossed and turned the whole night waking up with back pain. The sheets were scratchy and hard felt like polyester on steroids. around 2 am there was a loud commotion outside for more than an hour. Rest? not!
It's not clean at all. We even found a red pillow on the ground. The room is quite small and the breakfast is somewhat not fresh. I will not live in this hotel.
Close to manhattan on the subway. Good contential breakfast, but there is a charge daily added on for this and the Manhattan shuttle service. Mandatory extra charge for shuttle and breakfast.
Hallways were extremely hot, no AC in hotel outside of room. We stayed in late June. Elevators were extremely hot and slow. Elevators broke entirely one day and we had to walk up 6 flights to our room. Daily extra $20 charge for breakfast and shuttle.
