Rodeway Inn Little Falls

I read the reviews and didn’t know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and updated. Hotel was very quiet. Beds were comfortable. There were not a lot of amenities but for the price, I wouldn’t expect many.

Large parking lot.

No elevator, mgmt. would not put back a missing grab bar in tub (asked twice ), soap for sink was exceptionally small, pot holes and crumbling asphalt in parking lot, running tv was difficult, ac/heater was difficult to set, extremely small bathroom.

Hotel is under construction. Unfortunately, the Location is between active freight train tracks and the highway. Bring ear plugs.

It was the only one in town.

It was near the railroad, I enjoyed seeing the trains but they were loud. There was no breakfast and the coffee was poor.

Nice people. Bed was clean as was the bathroom.

This motel is really run down and is in need of serious updating.

Stay away from this hotel. We didn't feel safe and we checked out early. The manager Neil wasn't surprised when I told him I think the hotel was being used for something other than just a hotel. He simply said there's different staff at night.

This is a non smoking hotel & staff allowed smoking. It was awful smoke during entire stay. There was something else going on at the hotel, something wasn't right and we didn't feel safe. I expressed this to the manager Neil when we checked out early.

as a rail fan,, our southern exposure room was a perfect view of csx mainline trains and amtrak too

Inexpensive, location of motel, clean

No refrig, it was listed under our agreement. No ice machine. Was not working. The attendant was "annoyed" after we asked for ice in their kitchen.

It maintains its roots from the 70s as far as decor etc¿ and yet it is very clean with up-to-date amenities. The staff was friendly and the place was comfortable. In all my travels it was the best experience I have had in a 2 Star Level hotel.

Not a fan of some of the other guests hanging outside the doors smoking and drinking.

Rooms need dehumidifiers. Room smelled. Dirty. There was food on ground and stains all over carpet. Also had Bed bugs.

The lady in charge was so nice to let us check in earlier than 2pm since we had a long drive from NC and we needed to change clothes and drive another hour and half to Old Forge for our son's camp event. She even offered to show us two rooms of our choice

Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, convenience stores, laundry, etc. Also easy to reach from the Erie Canal bike path as well as from the highway.

The rooms (even numbered) on the train track side have a noise issue. It's a busy line and a small town, so it will be an issue for light sleepers at any local hotel, but windows facings away from the tracks will be quieter.

Hotel needs major renovations. Very noisy all night with the train track directly behind the hotel. The train runs about every 15-20 minutes and blows its horn each time.

Price was the best part. Unfortunately it is the only hotel in this city.

the area was rough. there was a gang turf war at nearby eatery. multiple rooms had constant running toilet issues, one with an overflow in early morning hours, leaking into the room below

Convenient location if you find yourself in Little Falls without a place to stay. Close to everything there.

Smoking was outlawed indoors in 2003. The hallway reeked of it. That green crusty carpet needs to be replaced!! It set a bad tone. Room was fine. Fitted sheets didn¿t fit and kept snapping off the corners. Didn¿t sleep well.

Bathroom filthy, mold on top of shower stall, carpet dingy and torn. Freight train passes behind room several times each night. Worst overall motel experience I've ever had.

Location was good and it was clean. Average cheap hotel.

There is a train that runs often and my room was on the train side and it woke me up all night long.

I understand lack of occupancy since the pandemic - the room was slightly dusty w/ no hot water in the shower

Breakfast was great for 4.95. Room was clean and comfortable.
