The room was dirty - left over food in fridge and shelves and carpet was not vacuumed.

The room was clean but a bit old looking.

mattress was lumpy. rooms need an upgrade. des cler during chec out was rude and lazy.

The price seemed good initially, but an airport hotel with no shuttle added $50 to my costs.

This hotel was listed as an airport hotel but had NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I had to get a Lyft both directions which added another $50 I hadn¿t planned to spend. Also, the hotel appears very close on a map (a couple miles from the airport) but took 15-20 mins

The front staff were so friendly and amazing

The rooms need updated, the furniture is dented and there are dirty spots on the floor and in the bathrooms. Not the cleaning staff fault, just needs better maintenance.

Comfortable bed and pillows, good lighting, nice shower- but low water pressure. Good regulated heating system. Good television.

Floors in room and bathroom not clean, juice box behind curtain, very little tissues in box, rusted frame on bathroom picture, sliding door on bathroom would not close fully - left a 3 inch gap. Shower drain was very slow so build up of water in tub.

Clean linens, large room.

Terrifying. Someone tried to break into our room around midnight and the front desk staff handled it very poorly.

I was charged on my credit card but they couldn¿t find my reservation however we got it fixed and they should be refunding me soon

The room was very spacious, the staff was extremely friendly.

Location, cleanliness

The bed was horrible. I’ve stayed in terrible hotels with infinitely better more comfortable beds. This was disappointing as otherwise everything was great

Neat, clean, friendly and courteous staff

It was close to the event we were attending and was reasonably priced and had a fantastic breakfast.

The street noise at night was very loud and annoying. I sleep hard and was awoken twice.

This hotel is modern, clean, and the staff was great. The pool was heated which is great because its cold in Suracuse

Not having a microwave in the hotel room was a big problem for me however I would stay there again.

Staff all very nice. Lobby & common areas nicely decorated. Free breakfast pretty good. Bathroom in room well designed, better than most & really liked the large tiled shower & nightlight. Liked mini fridge in room. Comfy king bed.

The room was very bland: brown, brown, brown except for white duvet. One piece of artwork on wall. Barn door at bathroom trendy but eh. Shower head really high, could barely reach to change settings. One elevator not working & other one very slow.

Very clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

I booked this hotel because Hampton inn's have hot tubs to enjoy while the kids swim. No Hot Tub. Also this Hampton inn doesn't have drinks in the evening. They did charge nearly TWICE what comparable hotels charged.

The breakfast and staff were great. Everything worked and looked nice enough.

The hotel does NOT have a hot tub! Very disappointing. This Hampton also does NOT include Complimentary Drinks in the evening. However they did Charge $$ as much as the better hotels. (Sarcasm) First time I stayed at a Hampton and walked away unhappy.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was a busy weekend at the hotel (Labor Day weekend, Syracuse University football game, NY State fair) and a bit noisy with people coming and going late at night.

The breakfast was good, but crowded.
